Over the years, many people asked me what is the best eye cream I can recommend, or whether will I have my own eye cream. YES. Bryan has finally come up with my very own eye cream after years of research. Tested by many and packed with ingredients that nourish our eyes area.

LEG THIGH Kwa Sa to combat bloated stomach

I was very happy to share orange milk Kwa sa with a group of students in a school yesterday.
One of the member had bloated stomach for months, so I taught her to apply Kwa Sa lotion and Kwa stomach downwards 30 times a day. Following that, she also has to Kwa the front part of her thighs. 50 times on each thigh. She said, "OH MY GOD" when she saw the purple "SA" appeared after a few light Kwa on her thighs.


This is not surprising because the front of our thighs is also known as the BIG INTESTINE MERIDIAN. Many people are not aware of this. As such, if you can improve the meridian flow of your big thighs, your stomach will feel ok.
Sometimes you may consult your doctor about bloated stomach but the problem still come back again and again. You can give this method a try. Use this Orange body milk to Kwa the front part of your thighs.

Method:
Apply a thin layer of orange milk to both thighs. As shown in the picture above, Kwa downwards from higher part of the thighs to knee caps. Do it for 50 times on each thigh. Kwa once a week. Its very effective.

New Class Full House SUCCESS 18 July

18 July marks an important turning point for OMHEALTH.

Yun Nan Bai Yao is a must have in every household.

Its functions: Arresting bleeding to cure wound, removing blood stasis to regenerate new tissue, clearing away toxic materials to relieve swelling, promoting blood circulation to alleviate pain.

History lesson learnt from Granny: The inventor was a Chinese man from Yunana Province. In 1902, he formulated "Qu Huanzhang Panacea" which became Yunnan Baiyao ("White medicine from Yunnan"). In the massive Taierzhuang Battle of 1938 (between Chinese and Japanese forces), Mr. Qu Huanzhang donated more than 30,000 bottles of Yunnan Baiyao to the army, thereby saving the lives of many soldiers. It was during the Vietnam war that China supply Vietnam with this powder, which saved many from injury. It heals wound so effectively and the secret recipe was not reveal during the communist time.

Thank you Moi Hoi, the capsule is designed for wrinkles, but not for removing deep wrinkles. It can only help to lighten it. However, it can help to remove new fine wrinkles. I have experienced it on myself so it is worth than botox. As for deep deep wrinkles, you may wish to consult your doctor for filler. Thereafter, you can use this capsule for maintainence.

When I was overwhelmed with sms, emails, phone calls and work, I will give myself a break and run to East Coast Park to look at the sea. Kidney Qi Breathing

I was looking at my schedule planner. To my surprise, this month is going to be really busy. Almost all weekends are fully packed with seminars. Some seminars will be conducted in the morning and followed closely by another one in the late afternoon. I must take good care of myself to be in tip top condition :D
Have you all starting practising your "Qi" breathing exercise? It will help you a lot. My work schedule is very tight and busy. However, no matter how busy I get, I make it a point to spend a few minutes to do my breathing exercise everyday to have good "Qi" circulation.

Ingredients: 10ml of Rice Bran oil with 2 drops of Rosemary and 2 drops of Lavendula vera in empty bottle. Mix well (can use for 3 months)

Procedure:

1) Apply 6 drops of the above mixture onto the centre of your palm. Rub both palms together till warm and place your palms on your lower back. Your palms must touch the skin and not touching your clothing. The illustration shown above is a bit different. Leave your warm palms on the lower back, you will feel pulsation. Leave your palms there for 3 minutes and breathe as normal.

2) Thereafter, use a wooden comb to comb your hair 10 times.

Bryan's Kidney "Qi" breathing: This is a simple but good exercise to help strengthen overall health and speedy recovery from bodyache. Perform the above kidney breathing and hair combing will help to reduce body ache but also enhance hair growth

A good quality Lavendula vera and Rosemary have high EMF frequency that helps tune our "Qi".

It has been a wonderful experience working with Imedeem. Everybody is so nice and supportive. I think I have shared with few hundreds of Imedeen members since 2007 on combining Eastern and Western approaches to achieve good health and beautiful skin in the most natural way.

It was in Taiwan media news yesterday, a female singer called Bili Jie, overcomed cancer through breathing exericse. That's a very happy news :)

Immunity

The lymphatic system has three interrelated functions. It is responsible for the removal of interstitial fluid from tissues. It absorbs and transports fatty acids and fats to the circulatory system. The last function of the lymphatic system is the transport of immune cells to and from the lymph nodes

If lymp blockages or have problems, you may feel uncomfortable such as, swelling lymph glands around throat, cellulite expand....etc...

Slimming, Immunity and Cellulite

A lot of female have cellulite especially on the thigh area. This is due to an imbalance in lymphatic system and hormones. We can combine detox serum and acupressure to overcome such problems effectively. Firstly, apply the serum on your tummy and thigh area. A few spray will do. Thereafter, massage lightly and followed by pressing the above acupressure point with the massage stick for 1 minute on each side of your leg. Repeat the same procedure on the other leg.

Another good herbal tea :)

Allow me to share a good herbal tea recipe that is great for this weather, able to reduce skin problems like itch, swelling, acne and overall body detox. Grandma likes to boil this once a week for family health.

Ingredients:

Chrysanthemum 30 gram, Silk worm cloth ( 金蝉衣) 10gram, purple grass (紫草) 10 gram. You can get all the ingredients from chinese medical hall.

Method:

Put all ingredients in 2 litre of water and boil for 20mins. Add brown sugar to taste. Nice Nice. Do not be afraid of the silk worm. It is actually one of the expensive herbs and good for skin :)

Purple Grass is one of the most powerful Chinese herbal tea for detox. Those who are prone to acnes and pimples can drink this tea. POWERFUL. I am very allergy to herbal tea but this one doesn't give me any side effect such as rashes etc.

Its Mum's HAkka herbal tea secret formula :)

Properties:
治斑疹、痘毒，活血凉血，利大肠。"凉血，活血, 解毒。治温热斑疹，湿热，紫癜，吐、衄、尿血，淋浊，烧伤，湿疹，痈疡。

As you can see, its has a lot of properties ranging from overcoming urine blood problem, acne to constipation etc. I drink 2 cups once a week. Thanks to grandma who passed down this great recipe to mum. Hope you like it :)

East Meet West Health and Beauty

In Japan and Korea, the older generation stay healthy with good skin texture even at very old age because of the use of moxibustion.

The moxibustion therapy is a therapeutic method which applies heat produced by ignited moxa wool or roll over the skin surface to stimulate certain points of body for the prevention or treatment of disease. Proper moxibustion technique together with a set designed meridian point developed by Bryan 老师 and TCM doctor for home use Health Maintenance will be taught in this class.

In this class, you will perform Moxibustion yourself under my guidance. Hey, this is not all. You will also learn Kwa sa, Fire Cupping, Vaccum Cupping, Touch Therapy too.

I have specially design this class so that you can learn and share with your children. An ancient Home Therapy should be passed down generation to generation.

Kwa Sa Case Study

Many Kwa Sa methods are performed wrongly, thereby unable to maximise its best result. The picture shown on the left is one of my student, who works in a Hot and Cold environment and have upper back pain for a year. He see no improvements despite going for weekly massage and Tui Na.

This student attended my class last year. I applied my 3 oil method (Lavendula vera, Peppermint and Marjoram with lotion) on his neck shoulder and some meridian on the leg to improve internal organ "Qi".

After some light scraping on the affected area, some purple dots appeared on the skin. He found instant relief from shoulder ache and neck ache. He feedback he had slight cold on the following day. Not to worry, this is due to DETOX. Most importantly, his neckache recovered on the 4th day.

(Kwa Sa is not just on pain area, but also some important points like kidney meridian on our legs)

Bryan's DIY herbal Pillow

Making your very own aromatherapy pillow is a great way to enhance your balance of body, mind and emotion in your everyday routine, and especially nice after a long day at work. This little aromatic treat is easy to make and it makes a terrific gift for your love ones.

You can either keep them in the freezer to use them as an Eye Pillow or heat them up in the microwave to put around neck and shoulders. Trust me, it is really nice and wonderful to have one at home. The recipe below with Peppermint oil can clear up sinus if you warm the pillow and put it near your nose.

Materials:
1 sock or stocking (to put herbs) , A cup (depending on your pillow size) of rice or red beans
Essential Oils -- Rosemary, Lavendula Vera and Tea Tree. Dried Peppermint leaves and dried lavender.

Directions for Aromatherapy Pack:
Put your rice and herbs into a large bowl and add in several drops of your essential oils (A combination of Peppermint, Rosemary, and Tea Tree oil is used here). Stir your rice as you mix in the oils. Do not use too much oil, as you wouldn't want your rice to be wet.

Put all ingredients in the stocking and sew it up. Thereafter, put it inside a fabric pillow case. You can seal this pillow or leave it open so that you can change the stocking inside with different herbs.

My favourite size for such aromatherapy pillow is 8 inch by 4 inch and the cover fabric is 9 inch by 5 inch. Personally, I do not seal the pillow case because I like to experiment with different herbs :)
