Very often you will see me with a bag or a sport bag walking around Singapore doing my research etc. I don't drive so I need to keep bag simple and light. I think items inside a one's bag represent his/her luck and well-being. If I carry things that I liked and keep it neat and clean, I will feel very happy all day long.
What's in MY BAG?
1. Super light umbrella (from Toa Payoh hub, $13)
2. PSP ( I take a short break from work while waiting for my public transport)
3. A little book of happiness and affirmation card (I will turn to a page and read when the day gets a bit hectic and stressful. This was given to me by my HR in 2001)
4. Lapis Lazuli Beads with Dzi and a 9 eyes Dzi (It helps to bring balance to my mind and body. Also in a way, it improves my communications, luck and protection from all harm. I believe it really bring me a lot of happiness :O and opportunities)
5. Peppermint oil (Sometimes I have to talk for non stop for 6 hours. I will quickly apply one drop of peppermint oil onto tissue and inhale lightly. Then I press the tissue against my He Gu acupressure point to improve circulations. It really works and natural compared to medicated oil)
6. Watermelon Frost mouth spray (Sometimes when I am feeling a bit heaty, this acts as an emergency when I am unable to find herbal tea. I will spray once into my mouth and drink a mouthful of water. It prevents ulcer too.)
7. Neroli facial oil (The wind is so strong and dry, so I will make it a point to apply a few drops of Neroli oil onto my face, hair and body every time after a work out at the gym. Neroli oil is not oily but packed with vitamin E and free from chemicals. I love the nice aroma and best of all, it helps to prevent wrinkles)
8. MP3 ( I will ask around and msn you all for new songs and download to listen :p)
9. My lavendula vera charcoal flora water (Works instantly whenever I want to freshen up simply by dapping some onto my face.)
10. A notebook and a pencil (I like to take notes on health related issues for what I have learnt and come across as part of my research and learning purposes)
11. Sunblock SPF50 (When I go swimming. Usually SPF 25 is good enough)
12. Elder flower sweet ( Sometimes I get this from some kind participants during my seminars)
During the Part 3 workshop : Beauty and Health transformations with Bryan, you will get to learn Kwa Sa and I will also show you how to make tea using fresh elder flowers.

The word - Natural, has being incorrectly used in many products that claims to be using natural ingredients. More and more products are using aroma and herbs as their ingredients and claims to be natural. This can get rather misleading...
Personally, I strongly feel that being natural means : Paraben-free; SLSulfate-Free; Propylene glycol-free, silicone-free, DEA-free and artificial colour-free.
When I was studying in Australia, I have the opportunity to meet up with a super model who shared with us on the amount of chemicals we are putting into our body, from hand soap to body lotion everyday (she is retired and conducts skincare workshops). Her words further spurred me on to educate more people on using chemical free products. When I am back in Singapore, I started to introduce chemical free products to more people. It is not an easy task to start with but with your support, I am able to carry on till now. It has been a very fulfilling task as more and more people are more health and environmental conscious now.
All of you are my walking models :D
One example in most of skin care ingredient is SLS.
SLS is perhaps the most harmful ingredient in personal-care products. SLS is used in testing-labs as the standard skin irritant to compare the healing properties of other ingredients. Industrial uses of SLS include: garage floor cleaners, engine degreasers and car wash soaps. Studies show its danger potential to be great, when used in personal-care products. Research has shown that SLS and SLES may cause potentially carcinogenic nitrates and dioxins to form in the bottles of shampoos and cleansers by reacting with commonly used ingredients found in many products. Large amounts of nitrates may enter the blood system from just one shampooing.
I know some of you are waiting for my new products like shampoo and body lotion. YES, good news for you. They will be out soon. You may need some time to get use to chemical free shampoo because the texture is not very foaming. The body lotion is amazing. Its a combination of milk and Orange :D

9 eyes Dzi limited edition for collectors. Only 7 pieces.

Lavendula vera organic charcoal flora water was launched 2 months ago. I am very happy with the feedback I received during this period of time. Some even told me its Fantastic! It is beyond my words to tell you how cool and natural this flora water is. You just got to try it yourself :)
Every drop of flora water contains my sincerity and care. I hope you can feel it.
Detailed explanation of Lavendula vera Organic Charcoal water
It is a high function water which tones, detox and energise your skin. It dramatically reduce the sign of tiredness and dullness of your skin. It is packed with the essence of true Lavendula Vera, which can help to sooth allergy and dull skin. Its natural power eliminates the toxins and irritants within skin's surface. Like a professional beautician, it gently calms your skin and you will have a brighter, more radiant skin with frequent use. I called it the miracle water and the proper term for it is called HYDROSOL. A healing water that balance your body, mind and skin.

NB: Updated http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ Congrats, Edric!
All of us went through childhood. Whether is it nice or not very nice memories, let us for once, smile, relax and surrender. Relax and pause for a moment, find the inner child in you. Smile...Even you are 50 or 60 years old, your inner child is always there.
How times flies....as I looked through my childhood photos, many memories came into my mind. Each and every picture brought back so much memories. Unlike children, adults have a more complicated mindset, higher stress level and pain. Today, let's spend 5 mins with Lemon oil and Rose Geranium oil and recall your childhood. You will feel relax. The picture above is Mum and I at Haw Par Villa :D
I always enjoy having picnics at East Coast Park with my friends and family when I was young. I missed the good old times but I have lost touch with my friends now. Were you one of them? I am the fat fat boy Hahahaa...These are friends whom I have not seen for 30 years.
I remembered Birthday Party was the norm at that time and now, children can hold their birthday celebration at McDonald. Back in the old days, we had Tupperware party right? Hahahaa.. The last Tupperware party was making ice cream....I remembered it does not taste very nice though...
Memory Lanes
I loved to buy tidbits called Kaka (20 cents per pack) because there will be a toy in it and they have a different toy every week :D Movie tickets used to cost only $3.50.
In school, you get a packet of milk which will come just before going home. Sometime you would get chocolate milk, other days might be strawberry milk. The milk came in a triangular packet. Oh...I hate banana flavour!
I remembered my favorite toy is the one where I will throw it onto the wall and it will walk down. It started off with the octopus design. Do you happen to own one then?

Oh ya, remember WESTERN BAR? I wanted to have one badly but Mum say no...so I will always borrow it from my neighbour. I am looking for games and watch games, anyone has? I can buy from you please....
