Time Flies
Today, I visited MC's website again and it made me think a lot. We should really treasure everyone around us. Put a stop to sadness and unhappiness. In this clip, we had a meal together and it was the last meal we had together http://mcking13.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!66535CF1BF5D037F!1048.entry . May love and light shine upon my friend, MC king..
MC was a really great person. My lemon oil was first introduced in Singapore in 2007 by him. He was so nice that he recorded my first workshop at Mediacorp, and took the trouble to post the video clips in his blog. You can click http://mcking13.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!66535CF1BF5D037F!643.entry to take a look.
Once again, I Thank MC for introducing me to the public. 谢谢.
Many people asked me to conduct Part ONE "Health and Beauty with Bryan" again. YES. I have made some arrangement and it will be on 27 Nov 2009. The class will be conducted in Mandarin and English. Notes in both languages will be provided.
The venue will be at Cairnhill CC, 7pm to 9pm. Do come if you have not attend my Part ONE workshop before. I know there are some of you who dived right into some of my other classes or heard so many about Part one from your friends or colleagues. Hey Hey, this is the time to register. Email to class@omhealth.com to register :)

Summary of Bergamot & Bryan's Relaxation Blend
Bergamot contains Febrifuge.
Febrifuge is a substance or an agent that reduces fever and lowers body temperature. Bergamot is a good febrifuge due to many reasons. Firstly, as an antibiotic, it fights infections from virus, bacteria and protozoa which cause fever, such as influenza (virus), malaria (protozoa) and typhoid (typhus bacteria), and thus helps curing fever. Secondly, it stimulates the metabolic system and secretions, thereby giving a feeling of warmth and resulting in more secretion (perspiration or sweat) from the Eccrine glands (sweat glands) and sebaceous (sebum) glands, thus reducing body temperature.
Bryan’s Relaxation Blend: This blend is designed to help to deal with general mood swings, stress and tension. Particularly useful for people who leads a faster pace of life than it once was.
Promotion ends on Monday: Bergamot + Bryan's Relaxation Blend at $83 with a free one time use Yellow clay with pearl powder.
All Aroma oil clinical grade arrived fresh, featuring Ginger oil too. Kindly email your orders to orders@omhealth.com

Bryan's new age meditation class = Breathing exercise with music

Modern life tends to divert us from nature. Practising meditation is a good way to relieve tireness and reconnect us with nature once again. Meditation helps to banish worries, discover inner smile, balance 5 organs, improve listening skill and letting go of the past.
Well, do not be put off by the word "Meditation". Many people thought they will not be able to do meditation because they are not able to concentrate. While many others have the misconcept that meditation is only connected to certain religions. No No Noooo....
Bryan's meditation class is more new age. Absolutely not religious at all :D It is more of doing breathing exercises with music. I can assured you there's no religious content at all. In IT terms, it is as though defragmentation of the computer so that it has more space and operate at a faster speed. 5 mins to 10mins a day of "Defragmentation" will be good enough :)
I can be telling you many times how sweet and juicy a mango is but you will never know how yummy it is until you eat it.
Having experienced and seen the benefits for myself, I started sharing my 3 oil method for bodyache and recently, I managed to start my first meditation class. I really hope that more people can also experience the benefits of breathing exercise and meditation for themselves. You won't be able to understand how beneficial it is, until you experienced for yourself. So do come and join me this saturday 27 June 2009, 10am to 11:00am at Civil service club. $18 per person, email class@omhealth.com

Make time for yourself.(U don't deserve to be tired or bodyache)
Bryan's Health Guru advise:
According to health GURU, many people are suffering from "Invisible Sickness". One may get a perfect health report after doing a health check up, but still feeling tired, dull, low energy and bodyache all the time. Why is that so? This is actually a deficiency in "Qi". You can improve this condition through deep breathing, stretches and meditation. Just do it for 3 days and you will see good results.
Bryan's morning stretch for beautiful skin and health
I will maintain at this posture A for 3 mins with deep breathing. It strengthens wrists, stretches the back of my legs(that tighten from sitting) and eases low back pain.
I will maintain at this posture B for 3mins with deep breathing. Reverses hunched position of the chest, opens lungs, and brings flexibility to the spinal muscles.
You have to maintain 3 mins each for the above two postures. It really tone my body and bring "Qi" to my five organs. I feel energetic once again :p Trust me, learn some simple stretches or yoga. Practise daily. It will make you feel young and energetic once again!
Bryan's nite nite 10mins breathing exercise:
Learn this simple technique during this saturday's meditation class. If not, you can also perform 4.7.8 breathing exercise :)

Launched of 3 important Blend and oil
Updated: http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/. Participants coming for tonight's meditation class will be able to see this beautiful clear quartz. It cost only $80. Only 20 pieces left.
1) Bryan's Relaxation Blend duplicate the aromatic profile of the living plant source. Constant stress and anxiety are also contributory factors to depression. This blend is able to calm, ease and quiet a person's mind, inspired positive thinking into one's life, while at the same time, relax and sooths stressed muscles.
It took me about 4 months to research. Findings revealed that it is able to relax a person's mind and reduce body pain such as, headache and migraine due to stress. If you have been using aromatherapy, this will be a good oil to add into your collection :)
Bryan's Relaxation Blend contains Lavendula vera Oil; Patchouli Oil; Mandarin Cold Pressed Oil; Marjoram Oil; Jojoba Oil; Geranium Bourbon Oil; Chamomile Roman Oil; Galbulnum; Violet and some secret blends.
Ways to use it: Foot bath, cotton inhale, tape a piece of tissue onto blowing fan or aircon, hand bath, final rinse during shower, 4 drops into 10ml rice bran oil as a body massage oil.
2. Green Olive Bergamot oil -- Heals the heart. The aroma improves digestion and relieves bloated stomach related due to stress. You will love this green color, that heals your heart chakra. Use during shower and feel it.
3. HIGH END ANTI WRINKLE CAPSULES -- One month supply to lighten wrinkles. This is for people who wants to do their beauty regime once a year but do not want any side effects from botox or surgery. 30 capsule bullets $250. With Acetyl Hexapeptide-3, a synthetic anti-aging cosmetic ingredient derived from natural proteins. It is a peptide; a chain made up of amino acids. reduces the depth of wrinkles on the face caused by the contraction of muscles of facial expression, especially on the forehead and around the eyes. It is a safer, cheaper, and milder alternative to Botulinum Toxin, targeting the same wrinkle-formation mechanism in a very different way.
Muscular contractions are responsible for horizontal lines across the forehead, vertical lines between the brows and multiple vertical and diagonal lines in the eye and mouth areas. Repeated muscle contractions over time create lines in the soft tissue of the skin. Injections with Botox® (for example) paralyze the muscles and in time the lines frequently subside or even disappear. As the effects of the Botox disappear, the lines reappear and injections must be repeated to retain the smooth appearance of the skin. Acetyl hexapeptide-3 relaxes muscle contractions within minutes of application. It does not paralyze muscles like Botox, but reduces muscle contractions. Tests result shows that acetyl hexapeptide-3 reduced wrinkle depth by 27% after 30 days of daily use. Long-term usage of this active ingredient produces a benefit similar to Botox and lines will become less visible and less pronounced in time to come. Acetyl hexapeptide-3 is contained in Line Reducing Complex.
Sulfate-Free; Ethoxylate-free; propylene glycol-free, silicone-free, DEA-free and artificial colour-free.
Price list:
1) Bryan's Relaxation Blend 12ml =$45
2) Olive Bergamot 12ml =$38
3) High end Antiwrinkle 30 capsules =$250

5 seats left for meditation class . It will be tomorrow at 5.30pm. Interested parties, do sms me at 94895606. You can also check out the details as at http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/
I went to the temporary market outside Bugis MRT(opposite Raffles Hospital) yesterday to top up my nuts. I bought roasted lotus seed (cooked), roasted walnuts and roasted Cashew nuts. All roasted with no salt and sugar.
I will eat 4 lotus seed, 3 walnuts and 3 cashew nuts every morning after my breakfast. It is a natural vitamins for my body and skin.. Good for the skin and energy, improved blood vessel elasticity and plaque accumulation. You must be determined in order to see good results. (Remember this lotus seed is not the raw ones from medical hall. It is roasted and cooked.)
I have been using Kim's sandalwood powder fo quite some time. I mixed it with some water to form a paste for my body scrub. It really leaves the skin toned and nice. Sandalwood is known for its antiaging properties to prevent wrinkled body skin. Do try k.
In this hot weather, sandalwood powder is able to bring down the heat in our body and prevent skin problems.. Use it as body scrub twice a week and you will get really smooth legs and hands :D . Do not place your order from me. Email to the lady boss, Kim at kimsherbshop@gmail.com to order. Take note, Kim requires payment before she post out your orders.

Eczema is very common now. I have introduced a few acupressure points to press much earlier on. Now here's a nice juice recipe for skin.

Melon is cool and diuretic. It quenches thirst and contains predigested sugar which provides prompt nourishments. Its mineral contents eliminate acidity from the body and has a property for curing eczema and constipation.

Hello! I am back with 2 new blends :D
Wowowww! All of you are so nice to me. Thanks for all the good wishes, encouragements and feedbacks. I am so excited to hear many of your feedbacks after using the new Treatment Shampoo and Revitalising Cream. I did not have much time to write out the details of my new products in this blog but you guys are terrific!
Thanks for having so much trust and faith in my products. Because of your strong support, they have been out of stock for a week. The laboratory needs time to send here. I guess we have to be a bit more patient. Really apologise for the wait. I really didn't expect such overwhelming response. One common feedback is the natural shampoo smell. Hahaa...that's because I have specially included Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and many other herbs in it. Do give it a try. From the bottom of my heart, they are really good :)
Here's a few testimonials on Bryan's Treatment Shampoo. I have randomly pick out from the sms and emails. Permission granted. I will include more after I obtained permission :)
"THE HAIRLOSS STOPPED AND IT STARTED TO GROW BACK SLOWLY. MY HAIR IS NOW BETTER THAN BEFORE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH" ~~~Alex~~~
"I could not be more pleased with your new shampoo. I found a product that works and gives me hope." ~~~Mrs S~~~
"My hair definitely seems "fuller" with your new shampoo. My hair loss has been reduced. I am very eager to grow my hair long again." ~~~iris~~~
"People started commenting on the "glow" of my skin. My skin feels oxygenated and revitalized when I wake up in the morning. This cream is light textured, yet moisturizing enough." ~~~Chiew Yin~~~
"Thank you for all the good natural skin care products. I have great confidence in all your things. This new lotus cream is no exception. The lotus cream has excellent moisturising effect and gives my skin a healthy glow."~~~ Yan~~~
This trip was very fruitful. Learnt a lot of things and met some new friends. I also bring back 2 new blends for aromatherapy lovers:
A. Bergamot
B. Bryan's relaxation essential oil blend (12ml)
It is blended with herbs and flowers. You can add to your own body lotion or use Rice Bran oil for a good body massage. Alternatively, add to water for final rinse of body. This special blend raises the energy of body cell and has been vetted by many experienced therapists.
A and B are blends that includes analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic, antibiotic, anti-spasmodic, stomachic, calmative, cicatrisant, deodorant, digestive, febrifuge, vermifuge and vulnerary.
Special orders are now opened for those who are interested.

Oversea Now

Good morning everyone!
I am still in overseas. Doing well :)
I took part in a several hours of group discussion at the DNA of Mind conference. Let me just summarise one important key point here.
Overuse of brain. An important lesson from a native Australian, Mary Cavanagh D today. She is a famous natural therapist since 1970s. She spends her time sharing styles of healing methods with people now. I am glad to meet her.
An important lesson that I learnt from her:
" We have overused our brain. Remember, in the past, kids of 5 years old is still very nature like but now kids of 5 years old know things more than their age. Overuse of technology like cell phone and computer has damaged the structural process of our body cell. This could means more illnesses and emotional problems. The only way to restructure the body cell and reactivate the self healing power independent of supplements and drugs is, to increase the Qi and vibrational cell energy. Crystal, Aromatherapy, Qi Gong, Balancing of 5 elements, Touch therapy, meridians acupressure and herbs is the key towards good health. ...."
Mary Cavanage has further review on my Crystal Color therapy course, Beauty and health talks which covers 95% of the requirements. Thanks Mary. Those who have attended my Beauty & Health Talk Part 1 and Crystal Color therapy course etc, do remember to practise what you have learnt k :)
If you have not come for the crystal color therapy course and wish to learn more about it, do register soon. Details as at http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/
I will not able to reply your emails or post out orders these few days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Cute Teapot
NB: I am flying off tomorrow after my class. Everyone take care. Thanks for all the good wishes. Don't worry about me, I will be back very soon, safe & sound :D Blog will be updated when I am back. You can still place your orders by sending an email to orders@omhealth.com. I will reply as soon as I can, once I am back next week. 谢谢.
I managed to complete my packing for all shampoo orders made in May. Mum will help me to post out on Tuesday. However, all other orders can only be packed when I am back next week. I am really really sorry. Hopefully I will have a shop in Singapore one day...hhhahahahha....

I bought a set of nice teapot and cups from CK Tang. They are so cute. 6 tea cups for $12 and the teapot is $13. The teapot comes with a built in strainer :)
Catch me on Channel 8, this coming Monday. I will be sharing 3 herbal tea recipes for beauty, skin and immune system. The program starts at 8am.
A testimonial via sms received this morning from xxxxxx09 :
" I have used the shampoo and cream, shampoo smell marvelous, lotus cream is very elegant and nice."
Bryan's Treatment Shampoo and Lotus revitalising cream were launched "secretly". It was a 'quiet' launch as I did not have much time to do an official write up and post it on the blog. Wait up for me to be back next week and I will tell you more about these 2 new products. If you wish to order them in advance, you can email to orders@omhealth.com.
Every purchase of Shampoo + Lotus revitalising cream = $100 will get an attractive free gift of a calendula eye cream that helps to combact dark eye circles.

Announcement
Hi. I will be travelling overseas this weekend after my class on saturday. All orders made since last thursday will be posted out when I am back next Thursday. I apologised to keep you waiting. I will still do my best to reply as much emails as I can before I leave for my trip, but hope you can pardon me if there's a slight delay in my reply. I am also packing all the orders made earlier for the Treatment Shampoo and Lotus face cream. You will receive them before I leave Singapore. Thank you so much for your kind understanding.
I am very excited about this trip because I will be meeting a lady therapist who is an expert in Moxibustion. She is really a great therapist who has earned many good feedbacks in overcoming insomnia and backpain.
I am looking forward to meet up with her to share and exchange tips on this area as well as color therapy. I will share more with you when I am back :)
Remember to register for the 2 upcoming popular classes before the seats are fully taken up once again :D
All time popular > EMF Fengshui and Crystal Color therapy.
Email to class@omhealth.com to register now.
Remember to perform breathing exercise daily; It helps to boost your immunes system :)
Fresh neroli facial oil arrived for this saturday class :D Hooray!
It helps to overcome insomnia. Being one of the essential oils with the most sedative effects, it is useful for treating depression, anxiety and shock. It is also effective in calming heart palpitations, treating headaches, neuralgia and vertigo. It can help when a patient is convalescing and is a good general tonic.
On the skin, neroli oil can help to regenerate skin cells and as a rejuvenating oil useful to prevent ugly scar tissue, promote a smoother skin, fighting stretch marks and broken capillaries

Do not treat heart issue as small issue
Hi friends.
Always remember 别把心事当小事。All human beings will encounter issues in life, whether we like it or not. There are many forms of relaxation for us to choose. It can be from books, hobbies, watching a movie, exercise or even visiting my blog etc. However, have you really take a further step to act on your issue/problem? Well, get started today with a simple method using cotton :D
The different types of problems that we encountered may lead us to feel: Sad, Worry, Impatience, Anger and Fear. The 5 elements emotions. They can be overcomed by high quality herbs.
High Vibrational Herbs, aroma oil works on emotion level. Lower quality aroma herbs works only on killing viruses and antibacteria.
Just as various emotions and thoughts changes the colors of our aura, so does different scents. The body is the seat of our emotions and it is thus strongly affected by aroma. Aroma oils are extracted from certain varieties of trees, shrubs, herbs, grasses and flowers, extracted in a variety of ways. Their therapeutic value now being rediscovered and used widely.
Peppermint: Headache, Fever, Stimulate Emotions: Energy, Joy, Revitalize
Tea Tree:: Fungus, Skin, Earache Emotions: Purification, Shock, Cures
Ylang-Ylang: PMS, Blood Pressure Emotions: Love, Lust, Grounding, Jealousy, Self-esteem
Rosemary: Memory, Stimulant, Sinus Emotions: Creativity, Success, Confidence
Patchouli: Calming, Reduces Appetite Emotions: Grounding,Attraction, Money, Fertility, Love
Petigrain: Digestion, Fatigue, Memory Emotions: Clarity, Stabilize, Relax
Neroli Facial Oil: Shock, Stress, Fear, Emotions: Sensual, Success, Wishes, Joy

Method:
Mix 1 drop each of any 3 aroma oil you have on a piece of cotton. Hence, it will be a total 3 drops of oil onto a piece of cotton. Carry this piece of cotton with you throughout the day.
Alternatively, add 3 drops of the different oil into a pail of water to final rinse your body after shower.
