3 Oil method illustrated in this video... This method is my baby creation.
3 oil method can put lavender peppermint marjoram mix with few drops rice bran oil on palm best. Video I use body lotion.
After doing 3 oil method, do some stretching. One of the oil is Lavendula Vera, which is not any normal Lavender oil. It has high medicinal value and its very fresh. Hundreds of feedback on this my 3 oil method. Testimonial from doctors and Qi Gong Master on the energy of my oil.
[Same advice. If you encounter any pauses in between the video, allow it to play one time. Do your things, then come back listen again. It will be smooth flow]
Now you can also share your good experience of the 3 oil method here, by leaving your feedback in the comment column. Thank you.
3 oil method invented by Bryan since 2001 and managed to share its benefits and usage in several companies including Prime minister office, Istana, seagate, HDB, IDA, MFA, MOM, MOE, NTU, Schools, Sc. Electric, PA, CID, CAAS, SIA, CPF, Banks, MAS, CSC....many many....

Above shows the tea I made, using yesterday's herbs. People who have bloated stomach, nausea or no appetites can give this recipe a try. I understand how it feels to have stomach bloated. It can be rather irritating but if you found the real cure, all you need is just one medicine and one acupressure, and you will be cured within 2 days.... Its true...

This kind of weather and this kind of working stress...Hmmm...Therefore, I think its really important for the new generation, office workers or young parents to know about this tea, "Remove Dampness Tea" also known as "去湿茶"。
Drink this once a week. One big packet is only about $2 to $3.50, depending on which medical hall you go to. Its a fixed concoction, thus it is the same anywhere. Just tell the storekeeper, you want a packet of Qu Shi Cha 去湿茶. They will give you as above.
Put the entire packet into a big pot of water. Boil for 20 minutes. Add a bit brown sugar. Taste good.
This tea was passed down by ancient time to reduce bloated stomach, detox (remove toxic), remove dampness, tiredness, neck shoulder dampness pain, Floating and not yourself.. Take note, it is restricted to drink not more than two cups (Once a week)

To my customers who are using my shampoo.
Cedarwood Herbal Shampoo:
It is normal to experience a little dryness at first, because it is chemical free. Well, this is the feeling of natural. You can add one drop rice bran oil onto your palm and rub on your hair after shampoo.
In October. Cedarwood Herbal Shampoo (Beginners) once completed, you can use the Cedarwood Herbal Shampoo (Nourishing), you will not feel the dryness anymore.
Or you can start using Cedarwood Herbal Shampoo (Nourishing straight away) .
The reason to use Cedarwood Herbal Shampoo first, is to adapt your hair to chemical free and free from Silicon, which make your hair soft in many shampoo.

Well, I am really glad to have this Day Hydrating lotion. It has been launched for 2 years, and I have almost forgotten to introduce it. It really put smiley water into our skin. A good lotion to use during the day after antiage serum. See your face slowly glow from within.....
It is good to have a day lotion that is light. It contains the goodness of Macademia, Sunflower extract. Paraben-free, Sulphate-free, Propylene glycol-free, DEA-free and Artificial colour-free.
The vitamin B5 has a powerful effect in tightening your pores, transforming skin into smooth, healthy skin, and even out your skin tone. This day lotion is effective in protecting from brittleness and dehydration of skin and is also known to aid in the increase of cell proliferation
A tiny bit of it is enough.
Night: I will suggest Marine Collagen cream. After you have finished marine collagen cream, 2nd month than start the all powerful synergy cream.

HEhehe..this cute picture was taken in my Kwa Sa class yesterday :p
Life is full of choices. Personally, I do not find nothing wrong if I want to stay where I am now and be contented. I had dinner with a group of so called "powerful people" including marketing event manager last week. The first thing they said..... " Bryan, you can do more and reach to more people. Seems that your workshop is only fixed to the same group of people and you are growing too slow.... Singapore market is too small.... blah blah blah..."
During the whole dinner, I was so so..... exhausted because they said nothing about my research work but $$$ ways of pushing me to Indonesia and China. I turned down the project. Yes. Venturing to China needs a lot of networking. These people have connections with all the necessary people there but I turned down, despite attractive offer of a one year contract and earn lots of $$$$. Hmm...... I think I still prefer to stay in my homeland, with my family and all of you.
I am really glad the meal finished early. I reflected the whole incident and why these people came into my life....Even if the hit rate for my blog is not increasing fast, even if my blog is being read by the same group of people, even if its always the same students coming for my workshops for the past 10 years, I am perfectly ok because I have faithful readers....I guess its not really about the money that I can earned...but rather the quality work, time and sincerity that matters to me.
I admit there are times where I find it rather difficult to share what I wanted to. I always remember how difficult it was for me when I first started 10 years ago. Nobody believed in me because I was new and very young to look convincing. Every step in my journey to where I am now serves as a motivation and encouragement for me to spur on. I have a small group of people who trusted my work now. I am already contented. Thank you for all your support.

In Korea, it is very common for family members to do moxibustion for beauty and fatigue. In China, it is common as a preventive measures/maintenance for certain health issues. However, when it reached Singapore, the whole concept was kinda of polluted with too many "miracles" .... Furthermore, some people use fire cupping on weak body which further weaken the body system. This has to be rectified. Bryan 老师, advisor for SingTrain Academy will conduct a certification in kwa Sa in 2011.
Many have requested to conduct this East Meet West class soon. The earliest date I can slot in is 4 December 2010, at CSC. It will be a saturday morning class. This class is specially arranged due to overwhelming requests. Thus, I hope all who wants to learn practical method for health of yourselves and family members to come for this class. Thank you.

Dandruff Shampoo: any products are harsh and can further damage the hair follicle. So this is an alternative product................
Features: Paraben-free; propylene glycol-free, silicone-free, and artificial colour-free.

I introduced Linden and Acacia honey sometimes back. Noticed many other brands started to sell too... It doesn't matter which brand of honey you go for, but please remember to buy those that indicate certified organic then good for skin. Hmm...can't imagine flowers harvest from pesticide.
Its not necessary to waste money on MANUKA honey. I would suggest to invest in certified organic linden and acacia. Personally, I take Acacia during daytime, and linden at night. A teaspoon each time. The result is not immediate but gradual improvements over months. You won't turn into a beauty overnite but your body system will know you are putting in good things. Birdnest? Nope. Not for me...

"Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake." --- Victor Hugo

A little story to share: My teacher came from a poor family and her hometown in Australia. She was very inclined towards flower remedies since young. My teacher couldn't afford expensive aroma oil, so she bought herself the ones of lower grade. Though the oil she used is of lower grade, which has been distilled many times and with low medicine values, but it is still chemical free. She used it to help people and used it in her volunteer work. Teacher loves to say a little prayer on the oil before using it to massage old folks. Upon witnessing the good results, teacher realised the power of vibrational energy in aroma oil, and developed a skill known as, healing flower remedies........

Be fit and healthy. Beware of health shops that sell things which are unhealthy or overcharged. I used to have the impression that organic shops sell things which are chemical free. It was only until lately, I realised I was wrong....
Latest Shopping research
A) A month supply of multi vitamins at $120 (Gosh...this is silly)
B) Toothpaste at $18 (I got mouth ulcer after using. Looking at the ingredients...hmm.... not free from SLS or silica Gel , packed with even more chemical. Its so expensive because there's lingzhi extract.) Told myself to open my eyes big big in future.
C) Goji and mangosteen Juice ($100 a bottle) . Not practical for Asians since Goji is readily avaliable. Its more applicable for the western countries.
D) Weird health items that serve no benefits to body system.

A) Natural Herbal Shampoo for Hair nourishing and daily use. 250ml at $45
B) Dry Scalp and Dandruff shampoo, free from harmful chemicals. 120ml at $28 [NEW]
C) Hair growth tonic shampoo for those who experienced hair thinning, hair drop and white hair due to stress.
One will probably ask me, "Can I use C only, and forget about A?"
Nope. It is good to mix between A and C. For example, use and finish A, then you use C. If you suffers from hair drop, use C for two months first then followed by A.

Did you notice many youngster's skin is not very good? Many of them have wrinkles formed at a young age. Schools including JC, NTU etc are one of the places where I visit very often. I did a research and observed . They may be suffering from young age wrinkles formation. Its very common now because a lot of free radicals created is due to their lifestyle and stress.
You ever wonder why during our grandma's time, people back then do not seems to have so much blemishes. In this modern century, we have so many different brands of sunblocks but problems of blemishes persist.
