I can't explain how much how I feel for aged sandalwood. Hmmm... its going to be more and more expensive. Just grab a bottle and keep at home. Its worth it because it will last 10 years and longer. You only use once a blue moon.

Sandalwood oil is rare and expensive. The price is going up rapidly as the Indian government places tighter regulations on its production and export. If you find a Sandalwood that you truly like, buy enough to last you, and then use it sparingly. The oil will improve with age (unlike some other essential oils which degrade with age), and you will likely never be able to replace it.

Cheapest in town and sincerely come with a high quality fan. Why? Simply because to thank you for your support and to get people to experience the real good sandalwood. Since I do not have a shop space, I saved up on rental charges and this saving can be passed to my consumers :)

Bryan's new technology extraction: CO2 extraction method is a new technique for extracting essential oils (and other constituents) from plant materials. It does not use water or steam. Instead CO2 (carbon dioxide) is used as a solvent. The CO2 is used under high pressure in which it exhibits a likeness to both a gas and a liquid (called a supercritical state) (click here for more information of CO2 extraction). These qualities allow the aromatic constituents of Sandalwood to be extracted without heat. The CO2 is then removed from the resulting extract which is then refined and filtered. The oil produced from this method has a different look and feel, as well as an odor profile different from Sandalwood oil obtained by steam or hydro-distillation.
CO2 extracted Sandalwood oil is more viscous and darker in color (it is a beautiful golden color) than steam distilled Sandalwood oil. CO2 extracted Sandalwood oil is also more resinous and is deeper in the woody aroma characteristics. It is not as sweet smelling as the steamed distilled oil and is slightly less spicy.

Bringing happiness to the elderly

I like to do hand reflexology for the elderly whenever I have the chance to volunteer at the nursing home. Feeling a bit ashamed of myself...because it was my first time to spoon feed the elderly folks yesterday...never have the chance to do it until yesterday. I felt a conflict of emotions because spending time with them was great. Although they are old but every words from these old folks could be wise advice, which never fail to make me reflect and be appreciative of life....

Cereal Part 2

Many who have started off with my cereal programme have better skin now. I believed in taking food than supplements. Now its time to have your cereal version 2.

Daily routine

Its my daily routine for me to take a teaspoon of certified Acacia Honey every morning and linden honey at night followed by warm water, to hydrate my lungs and skin. It works well for me.

I went Guardian Pharmacy at Plaza Singapura, Toa Payoh and Parkway parade to buy. Making sure is Certified Organic. I think there's promotion for 3 bottles.

Latest research I did on an ancient book and saw the Tibetan word of Acacia.... Hmm..is Acacia from Ang Mo or Tibet? I need to find out more. These two honey is good.

Why mouth ulcer sometimes will expand and sometimes remain the same size.?
Mouth ulcer takes about 11 days to recover but sometimes more... How can you reduce or prevent mouth ucer from becoming big?

For people who experience frequent mouth ulcer...take short term B complex with C, and avoid eating nuts for a period of time.

This lady is not a Tai Tai and never like to spend on expensive commercial skincare products. She used Hazeline 40 years ago which is considered a luxury... For the first time in her life, she put on proper make up.

Happy Ren Ri and Reflection of my life

I was invited to FM radio to introduce aromatherapy 14 years ago..(6 am...I think not many people tune in but I still have the cassette... hahahaaa...). I just started out and was so excited about my Lavendula vera oil, even said I will insist on fresh oil and make sure it will be fresh when the oil reached all my customers. I am very happy to adhere to my dream till now.

It was extremely difficult to convince people how good oil in aromatherapy works. Many people told me aromatherapy will not do well in Singapore, especially when there were so many big spas and aromatherapy companies around back then...

Bryan does not have the funds to do nice packaging. I refused to put expiry dates for my aroma oil because I worked in aroma factory before and they just change their expiry dates. My dream is to educate people using their own instinct to distinguish good and bad oil. I worked very hard to make my dream come true. I finally have a chance to give a seminar at HDB Bukit Merah one day. It was a break through for me and from then onwards, I was invited to many Stat boards to deliver seminars.

When you are new to things, do not be dishearten when you met setbacks, do not be afraid to work hard and overcome challenges. I've been through many ups and downs and I am still learning hard. You can make it too!

STEP 2 : Bryan's 5 rejuvenating tea (1 person serving)
1 Marigold flower (can be found at all chinatown medical halls ),1 dry longan, 1 pinch of white tea or green tea or pu'er, 1 chrysanthemum and 5 Goji seeds. Put everything into a small teapot and add boiling water. Steep for 10mins. Drink when cool.

STEP 3: Meridian activation antiage kwa sa oil blend:
1 tablespoon (English metal spoon) rice bran oil, 1 drop Rose Geranium and 2 drops eucalyptus radiata. Mix all together, apply onto hands and legs......

POWERFUL 5 steps DETOX skin

Step A: I cleanse my face with Antiage cleanser

Step B: I perform facial steaming with Rose geranium and Fankincense oil(or with Lavendula vera oil alone)

(Facial steaming : Filled a large bowl with steaming hot water and add the oil. Next, draped a towel over my head before lowering my face into the bowl. Using the towel to keep the steam from escaping the bowl, I held my face about an inch above the water and let the steam open my pores.)

You can do a Detox mask twice a week, and three times a week for Hydrating mask. White clay is very very useful for sensitive skin. If you have green clay and white clay, use them on alternate weeks.
