Bryan's Crystal rollers: DRAFT : Making a video on weekends.

(Roller is natural cut, metal is alloy and will not rust but may turn dark. If it becomes dark, just wipe with cloth and it will shine again. The roller is made of crystal with alloy metal, producing "eee" sound is very normal. However, this is not poor quality k) The roller will roll more smoothly as you use over time. Sometimes, I will add oil rice bran oil to the metal.

Clear Quartz Roller: Can use for legs and hands, (because the crystal is big, use on face for neck better, but face also ok but more difficult to roll). Nice and good to place it under eyes.

Carnelian Roller: For face and under eyes. Roll on face only.

A set made from USA ($130)

Directions: For roller, you can use on skin with creams. Without cream is fine as well.

1) Prepare A
Prepare all the necessary materials such as facial cleanser, towel, night creams, and crystal roller. Before using the roller, you should wash your face using your normal cleansing product. Get a towel and pat your skin dry. Next, apply your night creams/serums on face and neck.

OR

Prepare B

Cleanse face, followed by a warm towel onto your face for 2mins. You can start rolling. Followed by applying Lavendula Vera flora water. You can also apply Lavendula Vera flora water on face and roll.

2) Choose

Larger size rollers are good for cheeks, forehead, and neck. Men can also benefit from the cooling effect of the crystal roller because it could also ease headaches and stress. Be creative and experiment for yourself to use clear quartz or red carnelian for the face.

3) Roll on skin

Sart rolling by using an upward motion and move it gently on your forehead, cheeks, around the eye area and neck. If you are having a problem with puffy eyes, concentrate on this area. Close your eyes and gently roll the crystal roller on your eyelids and under your eyes over and over again. Feel the coolness of the jade, this will help soothe your feelings because it invigorates, calms, and awakens the tissue.

You can use the crystal roller at least 3 times a week for reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. You can also use the roller in the morning to smoothen your face before you apply make up. But if you have the time, you can use this everyday for relaxation especially after a hard day work.

A daily gentle massage using roller will keep your skin more elastic, discourage wrinkles and fine lines, and restore a youthful appearance. Remember not all facial jade rollers will work efficiently for all types of skin because different people have different types of skin, thus may encounter different results.

Chemical Products : Slimming Cream....

I was astonished to know that my cousin was using a slimming cream (very famous brand....) She called it Ginger Lime Slimming cream. When I take a look at the ingredients, I was worried. She applied this onto her stomach and lower back. A bottle of this cream cost $85 and ..... Hmmmm.

Well, I was thinking adding 2 drops of my ginger oil and 2 drops of my lemon oil into a 20ml lotion, will make it a slimming cream.

Honestly, I feel Bryan's Sunflower Slimming oil is better! Hahahaa My Cousin is using mine now. Hmm....I think it is more difficult to convince relatives to use own products :P

Interview with a DOCTOR : Hives (Sneak Preview)

I will do proper research before I share my findings. This applies the same for my herbal recipes. Some recipes are from my teacher who are their family "recipest".
**Disclaimer : If you have any health condition, check with your TCM first if you can take....

I completed my research on this tea recipe for people who suffers from hives. Hives is a condition that sometimes, even doctors has no idea how to cure....it comes and go...comes and go.... Bryan suffered from Hives 10 years ago.... My personal experience is: "Once you find your right tea, it will just go away....."

Stress, nervous, worries and lack of sleep are the main culprit that triggers to hives..

Today, I will rule out food allergy for hives, and emphasis on how stress brings about hives:

Personally, Lavendula vera and Eucalyptus works wonder. Back then when I had hives, my teacher taught me to use Eucalyptus and Lavendula Vera. Whenever hives appear out of nowhere, quickly dab Lavendula Vera directly onto the hives affected area. Alternatively, go to the washroom. Dab some water on the hives affected area and followed by one drop of Eucalyptus Radiata on the affected area. Works wonder.

Lavendula and Eucalyptus works on calming the nerves, remove wind and heaty qi, and weakness qi of hives.

Recipe for Anti Hives Tea :

1. (Chang er zi)苍耳子：belongs to warmness and remove sinus, move qi for nose and lungs and wind dampness. 属辛温解表之药,性味:辛,微苦,温.功用:通肺窍,祛风湿 (As shown in the picture. First herb from the left)

2. Chinese Barley: Remove damp energy ( Picture above is English barley because I finished my Chinese Barley)

3. Green Bean: Detox, remove dampness and cleanse body; Beta-carotene and vitamin C have powerful anti-inflammatory effects and are indispensable to a healthy immune system. That's why green beans are helpful to diseases in which inflammation plays a major role (asthma, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), and in other infectious diseases: cold, flu, tonsillitis, otitis.. This vegetable is a good source of riboflavin, a substance that has been shown to reduce frequency of migraine attacks in people who suffer from it. Reconstructs the nervous system - Diuretic - Depurative - Anti-infective - Tonic for the liver and pancreas

4. Bai Shu: remove dampness in stomach, bloated stomach and at the same time weakness in spleen and stomach.

5. Red dates: 补中益气，养血安神。树皮：消炎，止血，止泻。根：行气，Nourish blood

Above is the perfect combination to reduce hives due to either damp, heaty or cool weak blood. Hives can be either heaty or cold type. This tea is a neutral mixture, it can be used for general hives.

Procedures:

Ingredients for 1, 2, 3 (use 1 Chinese tablespoon), 4 pieces Bai Shu, 4 dates with seeds removed. Wash all ingredients and put in 700ml water. Boil for 20mins. Drink when warm.

It may work for you. Mrs Lee tried this tea recipe as she experienced hives for months. Together with Lavendula Vera and Eucalyptus radiata, hives clear up within 2 days.

People with hives can drink twice a week. One to two cups each time.

Don't get too stressed up with how to use your crystals in the Botanical Garden. The whole idea is to take a slow relaxing stroll in the garden, either by holding your crystals or simply wearing them. Holding your crystals means just simply holding it in your hand. Do breathing exercising as you surround yourself with the greenery. As simple as that :) There's really no official step by step rules and regulations for you to follow.
Why do I mention this? Because there are many emails asking me how to do a botanical walk with their crystals. Hahahaaaa......Relax and breathe....SMILE ^^

I learnt something....it doesn't mean a TCM physician who earned a lot of certification is good. Experiences and a humble counts and very important. Some can memorise and recite with the theory at their fingertips and sound most convincing... However, when it comes to practical.... CMI (cannot make it).

According to my teacher, it is best to do cupping or accupuncture before Tui Na. Well, not many physicians do that in Singapore...... $$$$$ ...

(Bryan was injured by a Young TCM doctor on Sunday during one of my field trip. A TCM physician who displayed the price list for Tui Na as $40......At the end of the session, she charged me $80 and told me it was a special Tui na....

Oh God, I didn't enjoy the session at all....in fact, it was terrible...I wonder how she twisted my neck and I end up with a swollen neck which lasted for 2 days.....I am ok now after using my 3 oil method.)

Are you using eye cream?

The first thing when people look at your face is your eyes. People can roughly guage your age just by looking at your eyes. Applying eye cream at least once a day is important.

Ingredients: A cup of soyabeans, 1 red carrot, 20gram of 玉竹，20 gram 怀山，a CTBS 枸杞, a packet of mix mushroom(I bought from market place for $4. You can buy individual in market, and 'agar agar' the proportion you want.)

Method:

Put cleansed soyabeans, red carrot, 玉竹, 怀山 in half pot of water or 3/4 pot of water. Boil for 30mins. (You can remove the soyabeans thereafter, but I cook with other ingredients) Next, add in 枸杞 and boil for 20mins. Following that, add all the mushrooms and boil for 5 more mins. Add salt and some soya sauce to taste. Try not to eat the soya bean, as it may cause indigestion. You can add a pinch of sugar into the cut chillies.. That's grandma's hakka way of eating :)

(*Those long Mushrooms has a lot of roots. Remember to cut away the dirty one and wash clean)

Super Itchy Scalp and Dandruff problems

This mist really fight free radicals yet its without chemicals. I can't bear the thought of spraying all the chemicals(though its invisible) on my face :(
However, do take note that not all skin types are suitable, you got to try. Why is that so? This is because it contains Powerful Ginseng tonic. I think mature skin and "thick skin" can use.
