Although most of the time travelling overseas is mainly for work purposes, I will always strive to enjoy my hotel stay. I forgotten to bring along my Peppermint oil(which is good for neck tension) this time.... a kwa sa plate is good for kwa sa on my neck before sleep to enable me to sleep well and erase all neck pain.

Not really but some people do treat it as a moisuriser. For me, I apply a very thin layer after serum by dabbing on wrinkles area. Once a week, I will apply on whole face and neck. Hives: Skin Itch, Dampness Headache ALL IN ONE TEA

Yes Yes. A 2002 recipe. There was once where I had a very bad headache due to overwork, neck shoulder tension, feeling blur blur and a lot of damp energy in the body..... skin itch badly at shoulders and knee area too..... I made this tea and it helps a lot. The next day after I drank this tea, I followed up with a small packet of huo siang zhen qi fen.

Eczema, Rashes and Hives

This is a lotion which I made for my skin rashes. I also made one for my friends who has eczema. It depends on individual condition, you can give it a try if you want. What is suitable for my skin may not be suitable for you, especially for eczema and rashes. You need to find your own cure as there are many recipes around.... .

Eczema, Rashes, Hives:

• 20- 25ml body rice bran oil with 3-5 drops of Peppermint oil, 3-5 drops of Lavendula vera oil, 3-5 drops of Tea tree oil. Blend well and apply on affected area. Personally, I use 3 drops of each oil. If you feel its too mild for you, you can add 5 drops of each oil instead. Well, you need to test it out.


• Acne, Boils - For the first 3 days, dab Tea Tree oil direct from cotton bud on acne in the day and at night. On the 4th day, you can apply Aloe vera gel from http://kimherbshop.blogspot.com/ to heal the skin.

DIY lotion for Eczema/Hives/Rashes:

50ml Nivea or any brand of lotion with 10 drops of Lavendula vera oil, 5 drops of Peppermint oil and 10 drops of Tea tree oil. Mix well and store in a small jar. Remember to shake well before use. Apply on affected area.

Sandalwood Powder Eczema Mask

Make a fine paste of using 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder with Lavendula vera flora water. Apply this paste on the affected eczema areas. This is very good and simple home remedy for eczema

Basic Daily Affirmations to improve mental health:

There is a non religious breathing exercise which all of us can do every night or morning. It was even done by doctors and professors to improve one's mental health. Its really good for people who worked in a very harsh environment or need to deal with difficult in-Laws hahahahaa.

I once worked in DSTA (Defence Science ....) Yes, tough especially dealing with human relationships and nobody really like auditor.... but.... I did the following....

Either in the morning or evening:

1 drop of Lavendula vera oil and 1 drop of Grapefruit pink oil onto a piece of tissue.

Inhale from this tissue a few times.

Affirmations:

• Whenever I meet a person who is overwhelmed by negative energy, I will think of this person as a precious treasure to train my personality.


• Whenever others, out of jealousy and mistreat me with abuse, slander etc, I will practise accepting defeat and offering victory to them.


• When someone whom I have benefited, or whom I have placed great trust in, hurts me very badly, I will let go and will think of this person as my supreme teacher.

1) a pack of fine seasalt from Nature Farm ($2.80 for 250gram)

2) Rose Geranium oil and Lemon oil -- 1 drop each

3) Rice Bran Oil --- 5 drops

Procedure:

• Take 2 tablespoon of the sea salt, 2 drops of Rose Geranium oil, a drop of Lemon oil and few drops rice bran oil. Mix together and blend well.



• Wet your body, apply the blend on your legs and body... Do not too scrub hard, just apply and leave it on for 3 mins, it will detox your body.

Benefits: This is an exceptional sea salt body scrub, Rose Geranium essential oil and ground rose petals.

Wow, best instant noodle I ever had. Although it is meant to be soup noodle, I made mine into dry noodle by adding sesame oil, cut chillies and soya sauce. If you are cooking for the first time, you can cook soup noodle. It is non fried noodle and its YUMMILICIOUS. The noodle texture is Q Q Q. Personally I feel it taste much better then the wanton noodle shops at Old Airport road. I bought it from Carrefour. Recommended by our Dr Phua =D

My Gosh

Packing of courier this morning makes me feel good, especially many fresh oil is despatched to your home. A called from a lady who told me last night that her mom thank me because of the 3 oil to reduce bodyache.....

To tell you the truth, aromatherapy is really being mistaken in usages limited just on burning and spa. My insist on fresh Oil is not easy. But it pays off. Ten years of effort 15 years of research ah....

I think slowly I will be like a traditional provision shop, than we are like friends. Many of my customers are now a Mother. When i first know them they are like little girl..... But hor normally Old Provision Shop Uncle very fierce one.... AM I turning one. But they very sincere one.... eheheehe
