I admire these young entreprenuers for their drive :) However, I would advise young entreprenuers that they really need to put in a lot of hardwork and build up a strong foundation first.... A good website without a strong customer base is like having a beautiful vase at home with no opening and serve no purpose. I have a friend who wanted to start on a new supplements, paid $30k to marketing company. Yes, nice brochure and website but no customers.....

Historical Moments

10 years ago, I created my own website trying to reach out to companies to give talk.

I thought my old website http://www.geocities.ws/omhealth2001/Menu.htm was removed by Yahoo since it was not updated for donkey years. Somebody actually found it. It was first created in 2001 (For your viewing pleasure only. The products and services were no long available in this site).

Hhahahaha..I remembered I was also selling fresh wheatgrass, and going around Singapore to teach people how to grow wheatgrass hahahahhaa....Good old memories....

Guess this morning is a visit to memory lane... Its a dream that came true with your support. I looked at the icon for [type of services] ahaha..that was 2001 where I helped to do fengshui clearing and activate crystals for shops and residentials (one of the shops has now expanded to 3 outlets..wowww).

I am still a very conservative person at heart. For a long time, people have been telling me to come up with a professional website, to project a more credible image in order for business to grow. I believe a lot in hardwork and no shortcuts to long term success. All the experiences and accumulated testimonials will prove and improve my work. Clarity of Face

Whenever I use a natural detox mask, I feel great because the effect is just different from those of chemicals products. Although it requires some DIY effort, but the result is good.

This mask may help :
Clogged pores
Uneven skin tone
Dull, listless complexion
Sagging skin
Loss of collagen and skin elasticity
Pigmentation and age spots

Direction: 1 teaspoon of clarity pearl powder and mix with some Lavendula vera flora water. Blend well to form a thin paste and apply whole face. Leave it on for 10 - 15mins. Try once a week.
I like to use Antiage facial scrub before applying the mask :)

Marriage of Best Serum: Freshly arrived time to stock up.

Directive for Flu and Cold AUG 2011

I believe the mini video clip helps many. There is a "flu bug" flying around. I called it 3 days flu bugs. If you can "zap it within 3 days, you will recover very fast. If you ignore it.... it will be a draggy flu with stubborn cough and develop to super sicko tiredness. ...

Flu symptom of 2011 August (Info gathered from 36 emails)
First sign is sore throat, followed by sinus and sneeze, accompanied by headaches and next is COUGH (can be avoided). However if you take care during this 3 days, it will not develop into chronic sinus and cough. Therefore, its important to have a good rest during this 3 days. However, if you do not rest and unable to rest, there is nothing I can do...

Let me repeat myself.. the key word is REST. If you are unable to rest well this 3 days, flu will become worse....become 2 weeks flu with cough. Not worth isn't it?

Mini tips:
If you really really need to work, talk less. Use Lavendula vera, Peppermint and Lemon oil onto a piece of tissue. Inhale a few times a day. Hot steam of face with Eucalyptus and Lavendula vera oil. Warm your upper back with hair dryer. For 3 days, take Redoxon Vitamin C with Zinc. I have checked with a few doctors, that many of the sore throat for this flu need not use antibiotics.
For me during the first 3 days, I will gargle water with 1 drop Lavendula vera and 1 drop Eucalyptus oil..

Heartwarming experience for me by little Siao Yun
Siao Yun's mother had been coughing for 2 weeks. Her cough became dry and itch cough...and its WORSE IN AIRCONDITIONED place and at NITE.
Her email revealed her love for her mother....and I was really touched by this 11 year old girl...She said, " Bryan lao shi, my mom has finished antibiotics and STILL DRINKING cough syrup but cough never improve especially at night. Can you recommend a tea as she don't want to see TCM and COOK ANY herbs... just a tea that taste nice, please help ME because everytime I see her cough, I want to cry......... "

Siao Yun is only 11 years old but she actually tune in to radio programme. I can't tell her to cook for her mother right, so I have to think of something simple but works well.

Bryan's Instruction:
I told her to buy a bottle of "Pan Gao Shou Cough syrup", 50 cents 制陈皮 (a lot) and 50 cents of 甘草（many piece too) from the Chinese medical hall. Drinking the cough syrup alone will not help.

Procedure to make this drink:
I told Siao Yun to put 8 pieces of sliced 制陈皮 and a slice of liquorice into a Corning ware cup and pour in boiling water. Put in microwave for 20 seconds. Thereafter, take out this cup, add 1 tablespoon of "Pan Gao Shou Cough syrup" and a tablespoon of honey (whatever she has at home).
Let her mother drink when its cool before sleep.
She sms me the next day...... YEAH...... It works ok, simple enough for her and no need to cook!

So far, this simple method has helped 3 ladies who had chronic cough to recover from itch throat and cough at night ....

Sometimes I wonder why people tends to be so hard on themselves, even if they feel tired and not happy at all. Why take things so hard and let it affect your life? If you need time, tell yourself you will change your attitude, move on, let go....and let God.

Letting go is never easy but do something about it. I always remind myself to strike a balance for body, mind and emotion especially when works get really hectic. Carrying a journal in my bag is my habbit. I will pen down whatever things I encounter...my feeling and reflection on the matter. It helps me to reflect and be grateful. There are still many things for me to improve and learn. I will work on that. You too. Let's 加油 together ^^

2 customers' roller broke...one experienced metal give way and the other customer drop it on the floor. I will take note of these but I really hope to share the benefits of crystal rolling for face. There's only 50 sets because each roller is so difficult to produce and the wielding is not easy. Careful selection to select each roller crystal was done personally but the process of wielding craftsmanship is something which I can't be physically present to supervise. Crystal roller are well known to be fragile. Hence, I really appreciate your kind understanding :)
If you have any problems with your rollers, I will exchange for you ok. Cheers :D

Just bear in mind, these precious crystal rollers are fragile. Its for facial massage. We don't need to press hard like what many beauty salons were doing...Thus, do not press hard, just roll gently. Mine was already 4 years old..

Final Hair Rinse with (1 drop of Lavendula Vera, 1 drop of Rosemary in a cup of water)

Do a final rinse for your hair twice a week with Bryan's Lavendula vera and Rosemary oil. A drop of each oil in water and rinse your hair. Method invented by Bryan since 1999 with the advice from Mr Liew, Head Of Aromatherapy. Fresh oil is really important because fresh oil has many healing properties. Doing a final hair rinse helps to improve memory, relieve headaches, tone the nervous system, enhance circulation, invigorate the body and alleviate depression.
Warning: Pregnant ladies do not do...People who are more allergic to things then other people, should rinse to test out first....

Final hair rinse method has really help a lot of people to recover from dandruff and itchy scalp.

So far: 89 cases dandruff and scalp itch recovered, and with improvements in hair growth too. Above testimonial use only tea tree oil, but its best to use Lavendula vera and Rosemary. She is quite creative.. hhahahhaa.

Mdam EE has dandruff due to stress, she tried many shampoo but none of them work. I suggested her to try 3 days of final rinse with the mixture. She has recovered 70%, ok now... But dandruff comes back everytime when she go for hair bleaching...hmmm...

No harm in trying because even if it doesn't work for you, doing this final hair rinse with Lavendula vera and Rosemary can also help to release stress and beautify hair.

Properties:

Rosemary + Lavendula vera hair rinse is refreshing and cleansing. It will add a shine to your hair and a subtle fragrance of rosemary.

The final rinse normalize oil production, encourages circulation and helps mild cases of dandruff. It tones and moisturizes the scalp while strengthening hair follicles. Add fullness and shine to the hair.

Method:

1) After a wash hair, apply one drop of Lavendula vera and one drop of Rosemary in a cup of water. Rinse and massage your hair. Wipe dry.

Problem cases may want to try this method everyday for 5 consecutive days. For beauty hair maintainance, do it twice a week. It can also improve memories.

NB: Trust between customer and aromatherapist is important. Many shopping malls invited me to put my oil to sell in their shops. I am sorry because I do not want to mark up my price..

If you have children who are really difficult to handle.....Hmm...send them to Cambodia for a week....I guess they will learn to appreciate a lot a lot of things you have done for them... That's all I can say....What has the world become now......On a few occasions, I saw children being rude to their parents...parents begging their child to eat at the hawker centres.....Once, there was this little boy who shouted at his parents, "What's your problem man??!!!" It shocked me. What's worse was both parents did not even bothered to raise their eyebrows or reprimanded him. Can I say the parents deserve this treatment?? Very often when I was waiting at the bank or some government offices, I saw children dashing for seats or parents giving up their seats while doing some transactions at the counters.....Parents standing up making enquiries or payments but children sitting down on the chairs without a second thought to give up the seats to their parents. Is this the right way??

Maybe I am too old for this new generation...but I think Filial Piety is the basic cultivation for everyone. How your children behaves reflects on their upbringing, isn't it so?

I don't know...but if its during my parents' generation, mum will stuff small chillies in my mouth if I am naughty or rude. That's it! One time of such punishment and I will never ever commit the same mistake again.

If you reflect and recall, there could be times where we become demanding and make things difficult for others because of our ego. Have we ever think for others ? We only know how to complaint and seldom, we learn how to 福足。 Hope everyone can pause can think about this. Be considerate and practise compassion.

How to deal with difficult people? Breathe in, stand one side and let go.

There are times where we need to be firm/assertive. If your child can't focus on their studies or lazy, send them to Cambodia for one week..... . Or make them kneel down and face the wall for 2 hours.

Herbal Tea and YOU and Qi

During the recovery of an illness or after a long period of stress, one can feel short of breath, fatigue and insomnia. If our body is a bit heaty, we cannot take tonics. If our body is too cooling, we cannot take herbal cooling tea.

SO WHAT CAN WE TAKE?? ..... Not to worry. Let me share a herbal drink recipe which I will always make and have it in my thermo flask for me to drink before and after my workshops. You can drink this tea 3 times a week. Its neither cooling nor heaty. It helps to beautify dull skin and give energy to the body.

Dang Sheng and Bao Sheng herbal tea (党参+ 泡参)

Dang Sheng 党参 comes in packet of $7, $22 or $45. I bought the middle range one. It has 3 different grades. Get the middle grade willl do. It taste so much much better then the cheaper one. As for Bao Sheng 泡参, I usually buy the $130 types for 一 两. They also come in 一两 $800..

The shop uncle told me its wild american ginseng. CEO and DIRECTORs are usually the ones to buy this type. Uncle told me the $40 is good enough. The $800 grade are also for those who have terminal illnesses.

Method:

2 long pieces of Dang Sheng 党参. Wash and cut into small pieces. 10 small pieces of of Bao Sheng 泡参. Boil for 40mins on small fire in 1 litre of water.
