
Received many phone calls on sore throat and minor flu syndrome.
Try this herbal tea to boost up your immune system. Its very simple to make :D
1 teaspoon of Honeysuckle, 10 Chrysanthemum flowers, 4 slices Hawthorn . Put everything in a teapot and pour in boiling water. Seep for 15mins. Add some honey.
Benefits: Nourish the skin, sooth sore throat, mouth ulcer and remove toxic.
I shall go temple later but need to take a short nap now. Woke up real early this morning. Hope this will help you to boost immune system and have a good week ahead.

The waiter and waiteress were surprised tat a Malay girl like me know acupressure. I was like the center of attraction yesterday .
