American Ginseng
The weather is quite HOT lately isn't it? Due to my long working hours, I always like to make myself drinks or soups to calm my mind, bring down any heatiness but at the same time, something that is not too cooling for me. One of these drinks is American Ginseng tea (but not Ginseng roots).
American Ginseng has many quality. The price ranges between $15 (yi liang) to $200. Usually I will buy the $35 one. I think this is good enough. Remember American Ginseng is different from Panax Ginseng.
Bryan Lao Shi's anti-stress & beauty Tea
Add 6 slices of American Ginseng into a mug. Pour in boiling water and seep for 20 mins. Drink when cool. I really enjoy this drink. Tasty and soothing for the throat. If u feel very heaty, u can add a small pinch of salt.

please don't feel so bad about your late delivery this month. I agreed sometimes we might recieve our items a bit late. We get impatient because our things are running out or have run out. but i hope everybody can also be more understanding as Bryan Lao Shi is doing a one man show. I am also running a small biz, i understand how u want to make sure everything is ok.
Ladies, perhaps if you know that your things are running out soon, place your orders from Lao Shi 1-2 weeks earlier lor. I always order mine 2 weeks in advance before my facial serum runs out.
I agreed with sock luan. Just place your order earlier by 1-2 weeks. I hope Lao Shi can have your own shop in future so that we can walk in anytime to buy your oil. but I think that will probably mean at the expense of a higher price. Anyway, we cannot always have the best of both world. I have been using essential oil since 7 years ago. I think Bryan Lao Shi's oil is the best I ever used. Very reasonable price and excellent quality. Actually, Bryan Lao Shi has many good stuff and one of them is the aroma hair blend. I have been using it since 4 years ago and saved a lot on hair treatment. No more split ends. I recommended to my friends who also gave their thumbsup. I wonder why Lao Shi did not mention this good product in his blog. Lao Shi, keep up the good work. I can feel the sincerity in your work. Thank you.

I think you can try to reply to all comments that ask questions, actually it benefit all people leh, maybe got 2 or more ppl also want to ask the same question.
