Rice Bran Oil Usages

Updated http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ on moonstone accessories(Those not into crystal healing and fengshui may ignore :D)

Hi Rice Bran oil usages will be illustrated in www.omhealth.com/bryanlist.htm by tomorrow.
Hmmm......probably due to the price increased, lately when I visited mixed rice stalls, I get cheaper rice instead of fragrance rice. Eating at Wisma foodcourt (food republic) can be rather expensive. My friend told me I can easily get seats at Wisma food republic now, so I went there for my lunch during peak hour. I ordered mix rice vegetables. 3 dishes for $5.50 and it comes in small portions. Not enough for a big active guy like me...A bit upset to get vegetables that appeared to be rotten..with a lot of black soot from the wok and it tasted salty. The tofu wasn't fresh either. The fried mini thin fish bits were tasteless and poor quality rice.
At old airport road hawker, I came across a stall selling barley drinks...but it was half cup syrup water and the other half barley water.........
There are also a few stalls which were previously recommended on TV, but I think the service and quality have dropped...There are 3 stalls selling Wantan noodle but I preferred the one in the middle section.
Buying daily neccessity from 7-ELEVEN is quite expensive. I will try to avoid buying things from there unless I need it urgently. Prices has increased by at least $1 to $2 for a lot of things. For example Bo Chia Wan costed about $5+ previously but now it cost $6.70.
Lately when I went around to different companies for a 2 hours of happy talk, I noticed many people suffered from stress and poor digestion. One of the main reason is because during lunch, you talk a lot and eat at the same time. So eat don't talk :D Otherwise, you will get bloated stomach, dark eye circles and poor complexion.
For the past 2 years of not having to work in a full time Audit line, I do not have to take bus/mrt during peak hours.. I tried yesterday and was surprised to find the crowd has increased so much in the last 2 years. Now I can even understand why some people get frustrated easily. So in my company talk, I will include a new exercise for all of you :D
NB: Botanical Garden walk will be in Jun, so stay tune. Anyone working in our beautiful Botanical Garden? If you happen to be working there, kindly help me to check out whether a pass is needed for a group walk.
Volunteer work will start in Jun. We will contact those are certified in hand reflex and perform our first volunteer work at United Medical Care! Yippiee!!!

Thanks

Bryan, u are right. Everywhere price increased. I ordered fried carrot cake asking for more chillies to be added.I was told to pay additional 50 cents. Cannot believe my ears when the hawker told me this. But bobian since I cannot go without chillies. Mine could be an extreme case...I dun know..
