Beautify Skin with Peaches

The above is a very tasty dessert which can help to tone your skin and feel happy :D Give it a try if you can afford some time.

Ingredients: 1 white fungus, 4 pieces of canned Peach, 1 teaspoon Lemon juice and 8 cherries.

First, soften the white fungus. Cut the root away and cut it to small pieces. Boil in water till soft, approximately for 20 mins. Turn off the fire. Add in the peaches and cherries when the water cools down. Remember not to pour in the syrup. This portion is for 4 persons. Add some honey to taste. Very nice dessert. Hmmm..I think I want to make this delicious dessert again. I will head down to NTUC to buy some more peaches after this ;D

Properties: Helps skin whitening, prevents fatigue and tiredness. Tone the blood and helps skin to be more radiant. Helps constipation problem.
