Have you registered for the cooking class or Part 1 class? Register quick ya :>

The weather is kind of funny. So please take care, if not you can be prone to dry cough and damp energy will be trap in your body, making you feel tired and angry easily too.

I love to make this soup which helps to target mild cough, tiredness, dampness, dull skin, sagging skin and strengthen tummy. Calm down an angry person. Give it a try. Your family will love it.

    • 1 FO SHOU GUO (Also available at NTUC now!)
    • $1 Nan Xin mix with Bei Xin (North and south almond)
    • 1 Honey Dates
    • $5 Good Quality Pork rib with less fats(a lot women do not eat meat and lack of the necessary oil, which can bring about wrinkled skin. As long as you exerise regularly, some intake of fats is good)
    • half tea spoon of dry orange peel.
    • Water around 8 bowl. ( or u estimate ),
Procedure: Cut the Fo Shou Guo into pieces. Rinse pork rib with hot water. Put everything into a pot of hot water and boil for an hour with small fire. Add some soy sauce to taste.
This soup is super tasty. Ladies, you will be instantly transformed into a typical cantonese woman in those HK drama series who can boil really delicious soup.
The pork rib and the FO SHOU GUO goes well with cut chilli soya sauce. No need to cook any other dishes as this soup just goes well with rice. Light, tasty, simple and nutritious.

NB: Looking back, didnt have not a good rest since Xmas. I decided to have a good rest. Hopefully I can really put my work aside for the time being....hheehehhe. Will start working on some notes which I have promised for the exercise class students. Schools and companies who wants a fun & stress release talk, do contact me

Can I add 1 or 2 red dates, dried logans, figs and wolfberries?
