Bryan Lao Shi's weekend soup

NB: Updated http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ enjoy the garden.

This is a soup you can drink once a week to remove damp energy in your body system. All the ingredients is standard on your left. Just go to any medical hall and tell the shopkeeper you want $3 of "Remove damp energy tea" (祛湿茶). Total of 7 items. Just wash and put all the ingredients into a pot of water. Boil for half an hour.
Damp energy is very common in humid countries. Having too much damp energy in the body system can cause skin rashes, headache, body fatigue and sluggish system. All the ingredients shown in the pictures are beans, sweetcorns, bamboo leaf and barley. Super natural. This recipe can also help to remove water retention.
NB: Those who coming for tomorrow Part 3 workshop, don't be late k. Try not to put on make up as we are going to perform an eye compress and rose quartz facial Kwa Sa.
