Weekend Lesson and Interviewing a Thai Doctor later

Hi. How's everybody doing?
Well, I am not done yet.... My course is still ongoing :)
Pardon me for not being able to reply your emails promptly. You can still keep your email enquiries coming in. I will reply and process all your orders once I am back :)

Health Lesson Learnt:
Most of us will tend to use one type of cooking oil and stick to it as long as you can remember...
You should change your cooking oil once a while. Try to alternate among the different types of oils...sometimes rice bran oil...sometimes corn oil...then peanuts oil...or sunflower seed oil... etc. This is the latest trend in health care. Hmm...when I return to Singapore, I will tell mum to buy smaller bottles of cooking oil in future or maybe get 3 different types and alternate among them for cooking.

My Class Assignment 3 : Stress Comparison and food

Thailand Friends: They do not experience common illness like bloated stomach or neck shoulder pain as much as most Singaporeans do. The Thai know how to relax and take things easy. A good daily example will be, you are blocking somebody's path on a busy MRT station in Singapore. Some impatient Singaporeans may show you an angry face. In Thailand, the Thai simply wait and smile.

Working hour is fixed in Thailand. They hardly work late and they smile very often. However, their diet consist of too much preserved food and fish sauce which may lead to high cholestrol, kidney and liver failure problems. They sleep late which could probably be the main reason for their dark eye circles problem.

In Singapore: Bloated stomach and neck shoulder pain are two very common problems faced by Singaporeans. This is probably due to our fast pace environment. High level of stress and unable to let go easily...Our educational system, transport system, public housing etc everything need to be one of the best...Of course, as a Singaporean, I am proud that a small country like Singapore is being recognised internationally.
In order to catch up with the standard of living and the fast pace of moving forward, Singaporeans must also learn how to deal with stress and strike a balance in our lifestyles. Many keep things to themselves and don't know how to find the right channel to seek help or release the tension. I think Singapore government is doing a lot to help Singaporeans to achieve a balance between work life and family. We see more parks, more greenery, landscapes and cafes coming up in the recent years. More community bonding activities going on especially in our public housing estates. On the whole, I would say there is an increase in awareness towards healthy living in Singapore and more people are taking initiatives to learn about natural therapies.

Our diet is healthier as compared to the Thai but the standard of food may not be like wise. I admired the way Thai hawkers took pride in their cooking. Irregardless of the food they are selling, the hawkers uphold their pride and traditional taste in their food. This is one thing we must learn from them.

I hope Singapore can still be known as a shopping and food paradise in the years to come. According to latest findings, BKK is one of the best City to live in. Nevertheless, I am proud that Singapore is still well known internationally as a tropical Garden City :)

Something to share about what happened in class today. The strong air con makes the whole place very dry. I took out my Neroli oil to apply and everybody goes "Wowww...lovely smell". Of course, my teacher and a few others recognised the aroma instantly. My skin texture is very good during this trip because I apply yogurt mask every night and do a Neroli oil facial massage before sleep...... .

Another exciting part of the day is coming up later in the evening, we are going to talk about CRYSTAL & COLORS THERAPY!! I am soo soo excited :D

Hey Bryan,
I agree about Bangkok being the truer Food and Shopping Paradise!! :P
While it's great that you're blogging on holiday, don't spend too much time indoors at the internet cafe!
See more of the city, eat more, have fun, have enough rest, and take more photos to share with us k? :)

Bryan, hope you saw our comments.

I believed vacancy is given to first come first serve priorities right?

I emailed you on 1 oct but you have not reply whether I got a place for the crystal class on 1 nov and the part 1 class on 31 oct.

I certainly don't want to miss the boat again unless you can start the same class again this year.

Hope you will not disappoint me.
Thank you

It will be better to register in advance because Bryan teacher has to prepare the chakra bags for use during class.

I was at the previous crystal class and it was very full but luckily teacher prepared extras notes and chakra bags.

I remembered the same thing happen when I attended the cooking class. Many people walk in at the last minute. Teacher's helpers have to pull chairs from other places.

Register in advance at least you know you secured your seat.

I like my chakra bag too. The crystal class 'open' my brain and my eyes.

I joined the class because Xin Ming published a few times on people striking 4D through Bryan's method.

I wanted to learn which crystals to wear for what purposes and especially how to strike 4D and get extra cash.

I am very surprised with what Bryan taught in class. It is totally different from what I know about crystals.

Only then, I realised I have been a very superstitious and ignorant person.

Thank you Bryan. I fully understood how crystals work in a natural way for us.

Gd morning, Lao Shi.

I have boiled yr receipe to cure my puffy eyes with Fu Lin n English Barley for the 1st time. I will use it like drinking my fluid intake for today. I have placed a few metal spoon inside the freeze to be used on my puffy eyes.

I think its best to let Bryan know you want him to reserve a seat for you in his class.

Bryan mentioned before chakra bags are limited because of the stones.

Anonymous is right.
Bryan corrected my misunderstanding in crystals. With no superstitious attachment, I am confident to use crystals now.
