Don't neglect your legs
I met up with a few therapists from overseas and we exchanged some learning points. I shared about my views on the importance of having leg massages and they also agreed this is very important for good health.
I will be going to Bintan this Thursday to conduct a class on 5 elements exercise and acupressure, so wish me good luck ya :D I will reply all emails when I am back.

IMPORTANT FACTS
When we passed the age of 30 years old, the blood flow for both legs will not flow so well. If you don't believe, massage both your legs for 5 mins using the following methods. You will feel so so so so good. And you will feel relax the following day. But hey, make sure its leg massage not foot massage hor :p
Rational:
When you are exhausted, tired with poor health, you lost that youthful energy no matter how much tonic or blood circulation tonics you took. I have tried ankle rotation but i do not like anti clockwise direction at all n so painful n aching to bare it. It can improve gd bld circulation for our leg n my face/skin complexion more radiant each day.
I have a nice beauty nap, listerned to radio station FM97.2 in music therapy softly n woke up at 4.30pm. Wow, it is really nice weather for sleeping cum relaxation.
I have tried my Breathing Exercise with my Mala by lying on my bed n touching every bead with my hand a few times.

I am really impressed by your 5 element exercise class. My husband is a doctor, i shared with him your method for releasing stomach bloatedness. He was speechless because he likes to argue with me using medical terms. So now i am equiped with ur 5 element knowledge to share more with him.
