Beauty Porridge
山药(shan Yao) ,薏仁(barley), 红枣 (red dates), rice 粥
I usually estimate my cooking ingredients. This applies to the above ingredients for the porridge as well ( if not just 100 gram each).
Sliced up fresh Shan Yao. Put barley, Shan Yao, red dates (remove seeds) and add 1/3 cup of rice into a pot of water. Boil till it becomes porridge.
Eat this porridge twice a day for 3 days. It is good for skin itchness, allergy and dull skin. Good for those who feel a lack of energy and having sluggish system. This porridge also help slimming :)

Well i like this porridge simple and healthy for me i cook just add some red date,goji zi,a few type of bean, seaweed and brownrice.Thanks lao shi to share with different type of good ingredient for us to cook.
