Internally, you can take this herbal tea for beautiful Hair. It helps too :D
30g 生地，30g 熟地, 30g 肉从蓉
Put all the ingredients into a pot. Add 1.5 liters of water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 30 minutes. This amount can make about 1 liter of tea. Strain it.
Drink 3 times a week. This tea helps to nourish organs for nice skin , hair and for energy.

Bryan, i love combing my hair with my wooden comb with aroma oil - Rosemary Spanish n Lavendula Vera. It can cure hairloss.

One of your item that is not very often mentioned here, is the pink clay mask. This clay mask is fantastic.

I have taken royal jelly for years it does help in energy and skin.
Royal Jelly is good for improving skin condition.
I have been taking for a few years already.. many people commanded that I don't look like my age. :)
