Cholesterol and You

Part 1 Chinese workshop is meant for first timer only. Do introduce this workshop to your friends if you find it interesting and beneficial. If you have attended any of my workshops before, join me in Bryan's reunion class.

Cholesterol means that the fat in your bloodstream has some problems. It can be genetic problems or overeat of HDL food. Here are some useful tips.

Tips:

  • Eat regular meals and do not skip breakfast, otherwise cholesterol may go up.
  • Drink a bit of apple cider vinegar every alternate day. (A teaspoon of apple cider to a glass of water)
  • Exercise regularly. Eat garlic daily. Usually, mum will put some in steamed rice, and we will eat daily, and it is not smelly.
  • Drink the red bell pepper juice and add a few drops of olive oil to it. A few times a week.
  • Eat black and white fungus twice a week. Boil with rock sugar.
  • Visit a good TCM and do acupuncture once a month to maintain your health.
  • Take Flaxseed oil supplements daily.
  • Fenugreek: Fenugreek inhibits cholesterol absorption and decreases its manufacture by the liver. Fenugreek also helps to lower elevated triglycerides and control blood sugar levels in pre-diabetes stage. May help reduced cholesterol.

You want to learn detox lymp node tea? Remember to come for reunion with Bryan class.
Enjoy my morning divination at http://www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com/ Specially for everyone. I have finished my royal jelly but I have to wait till April for the stock to arrive. Anyone tried the 3 oils method? I applied just now to relieve the tension on my neck and shoulder because I swam too much for the past few days.

Lao shi, i love reading your blog. It is more organised now and i can just select common illness from right menu.

I wonder you can touch on anxiety remedies.

I am your fans of lavendula charcoal water and antiage set. Thanks my skin turns out good. But for the collagen cream may be you should put a short label and state to put in fridge or cool area. I have my bottle put in toilet end up it turn rancid after 3 months.
