Many office ladies avoid fats and oil in their food. Actually, the skin will result in early sagging, dull, lack of radiant and energy. It is good to eat pig trotter once or twice a month. It is so so delicious and nice to eat. It is being packed with collagen and all fats was dissolved when they cook. I found the The best Pig Trotter at OLD Airport road market. The stall is located at the first row beside a Prawn noodle stall. Once you start you won't be able to stop :p Best of it all, it will not contribute fats to your tummy! Hahhaaaa.

Oh your neroli oil is wonderful. I used it before yoga class to apply hand and legs. Many say it smell nice.

I know how to cook pig trotter n so easy to prepare them. I have recently learn how to blk vingear pig trotter fm confinement lady. I have got the receipe to cook this dish. I love it to eat once a while.

I will eat blk sauce pork belly, char siew or fried pork oil to absorb more collagen once a while.
