Body - ache soup
I am very grateful to everyone who have been updating me on how they see a speedy recovery from body ache after using the 3 oil including Marjoram together with the magnet. The wonders of Mother Nature :D
The next reunion class is 15th May 2010.
Simple tea recipe:
Here's the tea recipe that I shared during the reunion class.
Barley 100gram, Dried ginger 10gram, Medicine Papaya 10gram. Boil everything with water for 30 mins using small fire. Estimate the amount of water according to your own judgement.
This soup helps to release joint pain, inflammation and body ache. Its very effective and safe. It is a food cure, not medicine. So super safe. Drink for consecutive 2 days. Twice a day.
After drink the soup in the evening, apply the 3 oil method onto affected area. The 3 oil includes, Lavendula Vera, Peppermint and Marjoram into lotion. Wipe dry and stick the magnet on the area. The pain should reduce. Don't forget to do the breathing exercise too.
I have strong faith in my 3 oil method because my neck bone is degenerated for 7 years and my upper back curved badly to the right. This led to constant pain and migraine. I remembered A. H. doctor told me there's no cure to this. I refused to give up and went on a long journey to do my research, which leads me to the 3 oil method. Trust me, I do constant reviews on my research. With a strong faith and positive attitude that my health will improve, I have proven it is possible to get better and not lead my life as what I was previously told as, "No cure" . You must believe that you deserved to be happy and healthy too. I get angry whenever people say, " Aiya no cure one la" without even doing their best to be healthy.
NB: Do an eye compress using cotton facial pad dap with flora water.Leave it on for 15mins. Your eyes will feel very good and bright thereafter. Do this 2 days :)

Sharing with everyone here my favourite way of cooking salmon......i use scanpan to pan fry the salmon, no need to put oil, after a while you will see the salmon oil ........very healthy and tasty.
It can be done within 5-7 minutes.

I never know what is fresh essential oil until I start using yours.
I have been using essential oils for many years. My friend introduced this blog to me a month ago, knowing that I like aromatherapy.

Agatha was right. Bryan's Lavendula vera smells unlike the other lavender oil I used last time.
My husband was very much in favor that I used Bryan's lavendula vera because it smells very nice and doesn't make him nausea and giddy.
Now I know why Bryan always emphasis to me its LAVENDULA VERA not Lavender.
I always make it a point to do this eye compress whenever I have to attend to some important occasions. It makes my tired eyes looks fresh and alert.

Bryan, thk u giving n sharing the secret receipe of dried ginger, dried papaya n English Barley to remove damp energy on 16/5.
I have tried n drank this receipe on 19/5 and 20/5. I feel slightly better n lesser bodyache and pain these few days.

Bought magnet from chinatown , doesnt work. Tried laoshi's teacher magnet work wonders when combine with majoram.
Laoshi can u please bring in this magnet and sell us.
