Newsflash ...


Hi all. Let's have Fish soup or Tom Yum soup for lunch or dinner either today or tomorrow. It will make you feel renew and lesser bodyache. Damp energy is strong these few days, so take care. A footbath with Majoram, Rosemary, Ginger will be good.
Under scientific studies, it appears to have immune-boosting power as a natural remedy for cold and flu viruses.

It is so nice to have footbath with aroma oil n seasalt for 15mins, 3 laundry hanger clip at my 3 fingers(5 mins), pulling back my Amethyst Mala with listerning to Medicine Buddha Mantra in Music Therapy.

I love to eat Fish or Tom Yum soup. I will try to boil or mash ginger n lemongrass water to drink. I will try hand bath with aroma oil for gd nite sleep n remove damp energy n tirdness.

Lao shi the magnet button u gave us is really good. It combines with majoram and my joint pain at upperback was reduced greatly.
