Soup for Hydrating Skin
If your skin is very dry and dehydrated, most likely you have dry skin type and wrinkles can form easily. This could also mean that your skin has difficulty to absorb the nutrients of any creams.
Soup to hydrate skin ( twice a week for a month)
2 Bananas, 15g 百合,1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar/ rice vinegar.Firstly, remove the banana skin, and cut it into half. Put the cut bananas together with 百合into a pot of water(7 bowls of water). Slow small fire boil for 20 mins. Off the fire, add a bit rock sugar and the vinegar. Drink the soup warm. Do not eat the ingredients.
This soup contains large quantities of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, iodine, and vitamins A, B (folic acid), E, and F.It hydrates the skin with vitamin and strengthen your skin system.
After drinking this soup, quickly apply my hydrating Mask. Leave it on for 10 mins. Thereafter, wash it away. Massage your skin with neroli oil and wipe off any excess with tissue. Go to bed. You will see a much hydrated, firm and elastic skin the next day.

Somebody feedback to me after using Kim's sandalwood powder mixed with papaya for facial mask, their skin appeared brighter and fairer. Wow. That's great! Its nice to use fruits for beauty isn't it? Hmmmm....I will also explore more on fruit recipes. Maybe pick up a few tips from Kim :D
