I went to the temporary market outside Bugis MRT(opposite Raffles Hospital) yesterday to top up my nuts. I bought roasted lotus seed (cooked), roasted walnuts and roasted Cashew nuts. All roasted with no salt and sugar.
I will eat 4 lotus seed, 3 walnuts and 3 cashew nuts every morning after my breakfast. It is a natural vitamins for my body and skin.. Good for the skin and energy, improved blood vessel elasticity and plaque accumulation. You must be determined in order to see good results. (Remember this lotus seed is not the raw ones from medical hall. It is roasted and cooked.)
I have been using Kim's sandalwood powder fo quite some time. I mixed it with some water to form a paste for my body scrub. It really leaves the skin toned and nice. Sandalwood is known for its antiaging properties to prevent wrinkled body skin. Do try k.
In this hot weather, sandalwood powder is able to bring down the heat in our body and prevent skin problems.. Use it as body scrub twice a week and you will get really smooth legs and hands :D . Do not place your order from me. Email to the lady boss, Kim at kimsherbshop@gmail.com to order. Take note, Kim requires payment before she post out your orders.

I went to the market you mentioned to look for the nuts. Unfortunately, couldn't get the walnuts and cashew nuts. Most of the stalls sell salted or sweetened types. Just wonder which particular stall u patronise, please?
Thanks in advance!
