It has been a wonderful experience working with Imedeem. Everybody is so nice and supportive. I think I have shared with few hundreds of Imedeen members since 2007 on combining Eastern and Western approaches to achieve good health and beautiful skin in the most natural way.
Yesterday, I shared on various acupressure points for depression, joint pain, 4.7.8 breathing exercise, using of Rose Quartz and Kwa Sa plate for facial massage etc. I enjoyed the entire session very much, it was a great experience. Thank you, ladies and Maureen :)

3rd Meditation Class
It was in Taiwan media news yesterday, a female singer called Bili Jie, overcomed cancer through breathing exericse. That's a very happy news :)
I will be conducting a meditation breathing exercise with music again on 26 Sep 2009. The previous classes were full house, so do not wait till the very last minute to register for this class ya :p Email to class@omhealth.com now for registeration.

I made my own herbal pillow. Its very very good on my eyes. Thank you for providing another method to use our aroma oil.
Breathing exercise with the amethyst mala has help me to control my temper. I do not lose my cool so easily nowadays. If i do the breathing exercise before i go to bed, it helps me to sleep better.
