Bryan's 3 power food (MUST TAKE OK)

Hi. Are you new to my blog? Have you attended my workshop before?
If your answer is "NO", then you must join me for a joyful and enriching session of
"Health and Beauty with Bryan" Part 1 :D
Once you attended this workshop, you can attend my other workshop with ease.

Looking Young can be achieved through DIET.
I eat apple everyday, drink ginger tea on alternate days during day time and bitter salad once a week. Never take ginger tea at night as it is not good for health.

Ginger contains 8 liver-protecting compounds. It aids digestion by stimulating bile flow and contains more than 12 antioxidant compounds. Take some ginger really good for dark eye circle problems too. Ginger also slow down formation of wrinkles.

Bryan 老师 POWER YOUTH Ginger footbath

2 drops of Ginger oil and 2 drops of Lavendula vera into warm water for a footbath of 15mins. Do it 3 times a week to help reduce dark eye circle due to poor circulation. Give it a shot. Its SUPER EFFECTIVE.

Apples.
Apples contain pectin that bind to heavy metals in the body (in particular in the colon) and help their excretion. This reduces the load on the liver and its detoxification capacities.

Bitter leafy salad greens (dandelion, chicory, endive, rocket).
The bitterness of these foods helps to stimulate bile flow within the liver. I will usually buy these from Cold Storage. I think I spend about $8 a week on this. They are selling one packet with a mixtures of these vegetables.

Hi Bryan, so we'll just boil the ginger and then add honey to drink? Is there any preference of the type of ginger? old or new ginger? Is boil needed? Can we microwave or just add hot water?
