My SECRET diary to share

In life, we should learn to show gratitude to each and everyone who has helped or advised us along the way. I have the habit of recording my thoughts and feelings or something meaningful in my diary since young.

Inner peace is related with compassion. All major religions have the same message – love, compassion, forgiveness. I think living in Singapore is a blessing. We are been provided with a very good environment to understand different religions and practise religious harmony :)

People I would like to thank since 1995:

1. Father Alex in Australia shared with me about life and gratitude. He says Christian love is respect for others. It's mercy. It's charity.

2. Novena Church taught me a lot. I went to listen to the lunch talk during the days when I was struggling from work as an auditor in 1997. He shared with many people about Being and Doing. A lot of people forget to be with GOD. They just do and show people their faith but not from within.

3. Braddell Mosque in 2001 where I conducted my seminar. I learn about politeness, caring and teamwork. Bryan's diary Feb 2001 wrote, " Today i feel so happy, people just queued up to ask me questions on healthcare. They do not rush but waited patiently for their turns. I am so happy to share my anti bodyache method with them and bring smile to their face."

4. Invited to Soka Association in 2008. Bryan's diary Nov 2008 wrote, " I learn about the way of life, having healthy body through calmness caring and love. I am a bit disappointed today as my workshop details was printed wrongly. Many people are not aware of the talk, very few turn up. To my surprise, these few people who turn up bring me so much joy. Small crowd can be fun too."

5. Invited by AXX company to conduct a workshop. Bryan's diary Mar 2001 wrote, " I was invited to this company to give a health talk. There were many other speakers invited. They are professors, doctors and also the beauty Queen, Zhang Si Li. I felt a bit uneasy because the HR manager was very polite to the other speakers but ignoring me and mum. The manager was rather rude to us but treat the other speakers with respect. Mum said" Son nevermind. Just go on stage and do your best. People will appreciate when you are sincered." I did. I feel very touched and comforted to get the most applause and was asked to continue..." This company went on to engage my service for 2 years. I learnt that if you know you are doing good, be firm.

6. 2007 --- After few years in media and being reported as one of a talented therapist in papers and magazines. Bryan's diary wrote, " Mum and I chatted about what we encountered in the early years where I just started. Mum said, " Never be proud or failure comes after." Yes. I will bear mum's good advice in mind.

7. 2007 ---- Interviewed by groups of 20 journalist from all over the world on Bryan's way of healthcare. Bryan's diary wrote, "I feel so touched. Mum was with me. I know she is very contented and so is dad. I must be good to them. They have always been by my side all this while, never a min forsaking me."

8. Invited to one company to conduct a workshop. Bryan's diary 2008 wrote," The HR told me straight in my face that she don't like aromatherapy at all. She told me not to expect a lot of people coming to my workshop. So shocked to hear this. I didn't expect such statements to come from a company's HR. Quickly told myself not to be affected by what she said and just do my very best. Lesson learnt from her - Forgiveness. I can't satisfy everyone." When there is love and acceptance for yourself, you will shine love and compassion to others :)

2009 and years to come --- WAITING FOR YOU TO FILL UP MY DIARY :)
