Sea Prawn
I have been teaching about foodcures for many years. Let me share with you a rather effective method that has helped many people who suffered from sudden back pain.
Many office workers have back pain. Some may have seen a lot of doctors but see not much improvements. Well, you can try eating 8 prawns for 2 days because prawns is actually a very very good tonic for kidney.. You will be surprised to feel your back more relief 1 hour after eating.
It cost around $28 to eat 8 pieces of prawns that is of good quality and normal size in a restaurant. But if you were to buy from the wet market, you can probably get about 20 to 25 pieces of prawns at $5.
I am not referring to Big tiger prawns but just normal size sea prawns. Take note and be careful, sometimes they sell fresh water prawns which have not much healing properties. How to distinguish? You need to buy from the stalls that you trust :)
Once a week, Bryan will go marketing to buy $5 of normal size sea prawns and divide them into 3 portions. Each time I will microwave 7-8 prawns.
Bryan 老师 lazy prawn preparation:
Simply put 8 prawns into a bowl of water and microwave for 3 mins. Ready for eating when it turns red. Just peel and eat.

Real Properties of Prawns: People are confused by the message that prawns contained high cholesterol. Cholesterol is only found in foods of animal origin. Liver, egg yolk and shellfish are the major sources of dietary cholesterol. However, the level of blood cholesterol is affected more by the amount and types of fat in the diet. A high intake of saturates, and fat of all types, can increase the amount of cholesterol produced in the liver and so the amount in the blood. This increases the risk of heart disease. Prawns are naturally low in saturated fat, 100g contains only 0.2g. Prawn is high in protein. Prawns contain magnesium, which plays a role in bone development and nerve and muscle function; Zinc, which is good for growing bodies, and selenium, an important antioxidant.
