Rashes & Hives

Rashes and Hives can cause mental and physical discomfort. This chap in the picture, used to have chronic hives and was on long term medication. Hey, he is ok now, through acupressure and breathing exercise :p
More and more people are developing temporary hives which comes in patches on forehead or legs.
Antihistamines can often relieve acute itch but they are less successful with chronic hives. Getting emotionally upset and feeling stressed can be the primary trigger of hives.

Kim's blue tansy flower aloe vera gel is an alternative to using steriod cream. You can give it a try.
If you are suffering from chronic hives, be patient to treat it. You must think positively. Physical pain can be suffering but Mental Mindset can overcome this suffering. If you do not see it as a form of pain, it will not be pain. If you see it as pain, it will be pain.
