Weather Change

The weather has changed to dry and windy. Common problems we might face is, dry throat, dry skin and slight feverish or flu. You must take care not to have flu as this kind of flu will result in cough that takes a long time to recover.

Bryan's prevention method:

1 drop Lavendula Vera, 1 drop Eucalyptus and 1 drop Lemon/Grapefruit pink onto a piece of tissue and carry it with you. Inhale when needed. It can last for 8 hours. Instant cleansing and boost immune system. According to Yin and Yang studies, this combination will drive away the wind in body and viruses. Take 1 Vitamin C 500mg a day for this 2 weeks.

Nourish throat and soothe slight dry cough with itchy throat
4 Chinese Fig (Wu Hua Guo) and 1 sugar coated Mandarin (Ji Bing). You can get these from Chinese medical hall. Boil with 700ml water for 30 mins. Drink throughout the day.
Nourish lung, stop cough and nourish skin. It is a very good skin food too :)
