Xmas wish : GoING gREEN

I have to be up quite early for "Good Morning Singapore" yesterday, 24th Dec. Hahaha...I was almost late! I will be on the show again on 28th Dec. Stay tune for new recipes for health and beauty.

If you have caught yesterday's program, you would have seen a nice lady, Lynne Chee. She is the producer for Channel 8, Chinese Current Affairs. Her blog is pretty cool and interesting to check out http://www.adrenalynne.blogspot.com/ I am very excited when she taught us how to make " Soil". You can read more in her blog :)

Bryan's GoGOing Green Project

Global warming will affect everyone of us. The ice glaciers are melting before our eyes and our natural systems are already beginning to break down.
We are living comfortably in Singapore and probably will not think too much of how this destruction of natural systems can affect us. However, this is no joke at all. We need to do our part before it gets out of control.
Going green is extremely important. Everyone should do our part. Be mindful with our daily own action that can contribute to further destruction of the ozone layer.
Reducing the use of plastic bag and switching off the electricity when not in use, are among the simplest way for you to help our Mother Earth.
To kick start on "Bryan's Going Green Project", I want you to reduce using the above bags. If you still have the habit of taking plastic bags while shopping or buying food, its time for you to stop doing so. Carry your own bag. Say "NO" to this bags. Use cloth bags to carry groceries or other items. Stop immediately using paper, or plastic bags or materials that cannot be recycled. If you are made to use paper or plastic bags, ensure that you get them recycled so that they can be reused.
Walk or use public transport whenever you are going to a nearby place or back to office. Carpooling, or even riding a bicycle is a great way to cut down both fuel costs and usage, pollution and also help you to keep fit. If you aren't using electrical appliances switch them off. Learn not to be too dependant on air conditioner. Ask and answer yourself truthfully - sometimes, we don't really need to switch on our air con right? Leaving them on only contributes to the loss of more and more precious fuel resources.
Blog readers has increased significantly to more than 14000 worldwide till todate. If 5000 active members start on this project, we can save at least 5000 bags per day. Wow...can you imagine the number of plastic bags we save in a year? It does not required a lot of effort, isn't it? Many of us get excited when the first recycle bag appear, but are you using it now?
Educate our children how to love nature and how important it is to safeguard the world. The earth is not our permanent property for us to enjoy on our own as we wish. Our Mother Earth needs each and every one of us to help urgently. Let's all fight together and save our Mother Earth!
NB: I will be updating www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com soon. I have to work on two articles for i-weekly now. One is for health and the other one is for Fengshui........busy busy busy...

thank you for your post. You are always here to keep us reminded.
Saving the earth is everybody's responsibility. I will bring a big bag to put all my things inside while shopping. I think I must make more effort to save and recycle the water used at home.

I have difficulty getting my little girl to sleep. Since I've started using the Healing and Tranquil Spray, she is sleeping much better!

I think it's great that you are using natural products that really work.

Keep up the good work!

Bryan, u have a very wonderful facial scrub. After a few washes, I can feel a difference. My skin is smoother and softer looking. It works well in removing impurities but without drying out my sensitive skin.
