- Good morning! Here's a tea recipe to help you to sleep well and feel great especially if you are felling stressed, having insomnia, anger, chronic fatigue and tends to be very forgetful. 补肝,宁心,敛汗,生津。用于虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。 Power Herbal drink
- Dry longan 龙眼 30gram
- Lotus seed 莲子 30gram
- 酸枣仁 30gram
- Rice vinegar 30ml.
Add the first 3 ingredients with 500ml water to boil for 30mins. Thereafter, add vinegar and boil for another 3 mins. Drink every night 2 hours before bedtime。
