Important acupressure point

Powerful Acupressure Points to reduce dampness in body and many benefits....

This is a picture of my left leg. Locate the acupressure point as illustrated in this picture. From the inner part of your lower leg about 4 fingers above the tip of the ankle bone, on the back of the shin bone.

San Cha Jiao Point Activation with Rose Geranium
One drop of Rose Geranium onto a piece of facial cotton pad. Compress this cotton pad against the acupressure point (as shown in this picture) for 10 seconds. Thereafter, use your finger or the rubber side of the pencil to press this acupressure point for a minute.

News: Rose Geranium will activate the Yin energy and balance the meridians. If you do not have Rose Geranium oil, you can also use Bryan's Relaxation blend.
A good TCM doctor can locate the point for accupuncture. Whereas my western teacher has imparted to use Rose Geranium as needed, to penetrate to nerve and blood stream within 10 seconds. You can press the acupressure point without using Rose Geranium daily, only apply Rose Geranium onto cotton pad, pressed against the acupressure point 1 -2 times a week.

Benefits of this acupressure point: Calms, relaxes and reduces irritability. Heals effects on the body of too much fear, worrying and thinking. (Also used for gynaecological conditions). Bloated stomach and insomnia.

Warning: Do not use this point during pregnancy
Learn how to move "Qi" in your body in Bryan's Prana Qi Breathing exercise, Touch therapy and Yoga on 4 Jun 2010.
