Turning 40 and turning 60 and turning 70s..... 80s...

Can you still look good when you reach the age of 40, 50 or even 60 yeards old? Oh yes you can. Most of us spent almost a life time studying, working, taking care of our family. Don't you think you deserve to look good? You deserved to have smooth skin from head to toe.
Feed your skin with chemical free products. Get a start and slowly switch to chemical free products. Bryan has two very well known facial serum, namely Vita Serum and Antiage Serum. If you are new to my skin care, I would suggest you to try Antiage serum first. Best serum that hydrates your skin most naturally.

Scenerio:
Bryan will scold you if you tell him you have no time to take care of your skin/health
Mdm A: "I want to look young but I really have no time. I have to work and take care of my family....."
Bryan: " I told you to spend 5 mins a day to do breathing exercise also no time. Don't ask me what to do. Being lazy and complain will not get you anywhere but only continue to age........"

Mdm A was shocked and unhappy with my reply. However, I received her phone call 3 months later, telling me her skin texture improves...

Since I was 21 years old, I make it a point to spend 5 mins a day to do breathing and stretching exercise. Our skin can rejuvenate when the cells received enough nuitrients. 18 years had gone by, and I am still doing the same exercise. I shared with many people on this simple techniques because it has helped me a lot in terms of health and skin texture. I think I am looking better now, then the age of 25 years old. Of course, fine lines and wrinkles is unavoidable but my skin is further restructured with the help of my peptide 7 wrinkle recovery Gel :p
Most of you would probably agreed with me that a lot of teenagers are having visible wrinkles and serious dark eye circles. This is due to late night sleep, poor diet and poor health patterns. They really have to take good care, otherwise they will look really much older then their actual age.
For new comers, try V-W breathing exercise as illustrated at http://bryanomhealth.blogspot.com/search/label/V%20and%20W%20exercise
