Case Study

Check out updated www.bryanverygoodluck.blogspot.com. Hope to see you in my Meditation and Breathing exercise class this Saturday. Learn to use the power of our breath for youth and health. FUN FUN FUN. Free crystals and tea.

Case Study: ITS REALLY YOUR CHOICE.
Helen xxx: Suffers from pain on the left side of her shoulder and neck. It has been 2 years of frequent visits to the TCM,Chiropractor, and sometimes western medicines. She often experience migraine and has not seen much improvements in her shoulder and neck conditions.

Bryan's Suggestion to Helen
1) End of 2009, Helen started doing footbath using Lavendula Vera + Grapefruint pink thrice a week. This method helps to relax muscles and tone the liver. She also make an effort to press acupressure point, "He Gu" for a minute on both hands.

2) Helen drinks black bean tea and includes a bowl of brown rice in her diet daily (helps to remove damp energy and nourish kidney)

3) She also make it a point to have her dinner before 8pm.

4) Every morning, she will do meditation and breathing exercise for 5 mins.

5) Every evening, she will lie flat on the floor, both palms by the side facing up and do breathing exercise.

With her efforts and determination to improve her health. She saw great improvements within 1 week from the above routine. I am very proud of this student. She set a good example that it is possible for her condition to improve.

I can say that the ultimate choice is still up to individual. If you tell me you have no time, I can only say, its up to you. Some people are so used to having neck and shoulder pain until they don't really bother. There are 3 important meridians that runs from neck to whole body....... I shall share the details during my class on 24 July talk.

At the moment, I will not be able to answer sms questions such as how to cook black beans or where to buy brown rice etc. You can browse through my blog or make an effort to ask around
:)

Hi! A little sharing:
Not necessary to travel all the way to Parkway to buy black beans & brown rice. Nowadays, there are many organic(if preferred using organic) shops or market stalls selling.
Its best to soak black beans and brown rice overnight.
For brown rice, can follow the instructions on the package.
For black beans, it depends whether your body is'heaty' or 'cold/cooling'. if 'heaty' dont have to prefried. if not, after soaking, discarded the water and boil with water.
Black beans NOT SUITABLE for people with gout.
