Many asked me, which is better? ? Manuka honey or Linden or Organic honey? Well, so far, people who switched from Manuka to Linden flowers feel great effect.

Give me some more time. I am going to research on another flower honey for skin and anti aging. Result will be out soon.

ANSWER:

Manuka is a kind of tea tree oil from New Zealand. It is antiseptic, antibiotic. Good for western countries where they do not have Chinese herbs like Chrysanthemum tea or etc. Whereas here in Singapore, we can drink detox herbal tea anytime. Why spend so much on manuka honey? It is something like you go Australia to eat Laksa. Personally, I will not want to drink antibiotic daily. Well, this is only my personal point of view.

I prefer to spend on certified organic honey. Perhaps next time before you spend $150 for manuka honey, you can consider spending $35 on a big bottle of certified organic honey.

Example 2: Some people spent $100 for Goji extract drink. Gosh.....that is more relevant for people living in the western countries who are unable to find Goji. In Singapore, fresh good Goji seeds are readily available at only few dollars and can last for months.

Example 3: Mangoosteen extract $98 a bottle !!! Do you need it ? No doubt its high in antioxidant, but by taking a few GOJI seeds, it is more than enough for your body.

Be a smart natural food consumers.... Do not be easily influenced by advertisements and .......
