FM 972

In future, I will input all foodcures introduced on radio and magazines in my blog under the label "Foodcures introduced on Media" at the right hand side column. Below shall be the first recipe. Enjoy :D

Bryan's foodcures introduced on LOVE FM 97.2 (7 May 2010):
7 May 2010 was the first day back on LOVE FM 97.2 as a guest speaker after a resting period of 6 months. I really did not expect to have such strong response....received around 40 emails on yesterday's programme. Thank you very much for your support.

Recipes for Herbal Tea Porridge
> 10 gram of Jasmin flowers

> 5 Rose flower buds

> 100 gram rice

> A bit of rock sugar

Procedure:
Wash rice. Put rice in a pot and pour water in. Boil till the rice till it becomes porridge. Thereafter, add in all the flowers and boil for 5 more mins. Off the fire and add some rock sugar to taste.

Properties: Clears Liver "Qi", removes depression and stress within an hour. Nourishes the stomach. Clears the mind.

Every time before a radio show, I will spend a lot of time on preparations. I do not have any marketing manager or 经纪人 to help me. Think I am known in media for over preparation! Hhahahaahaha... My friends once asked me, "Bryan, actually you are just appearing on air for that few minutes, why put in so much efforts ?".

Reason: Its a blessing to be given a chance to share knowledge and help people through the power of media. I must share the right thing in the right way through proper research and tested materials. This is my principle. As a teacher, I must practise what I teach and make sure things which I shared will help many....

Thank you all for your support.

Recipes for today's radio show will be uploaded after I introduced on radio later.....

Hi Bryan

Thank you for sharing this recipe on radio this morning.
I would like to share with those who wish to know where to buy it.
I bought the Pink Rose Buds & Jasmine Tea (very fresh) at Takashimaya B2, shop name is The Indulgence. It is located nearby the escalator. Currently, they are having promotion buy 3 get 1 free. Each pack is 10g at $4.
Have a Great Day.
