For years, I have been following this method because I don't want to age so quickly :p You may want to balance your health by trying them out. At least kick start your Morning and Evening routine and try to change them if you can. Having dinner daily at 8pm or later will speed up the process of aging, and making you feeling fatigue easily in long run. Thus, I always make it a point to eat before 8pm.
Morning 7am - 9am : Absorption of nutrients in the small intestines,
Tips from Bryan 老师 : You should be having breakfast during this time. Breakfast should be earlier before 6:30am, for those who are sick.
Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those who wanted to stay fit.
People who always skip breakfast, should change their habits. It is still better to have a late breakfast ( 9am -10am ) rather than no meal at all.
If you really forget to eat, quickly take a tablespoon of Acacia Honey. Alternatively, take the cereal recipe which I recommended previously.
Aroma Oil for inhalation in the morning. Add a drop of lemon oil and a drop of eucalyptus radiata oil onto a piece of tissue and slightly inhale, helps to activate the energy qi of intestine and mind. [As and when you want]
Evening between 11pm - 1am
is the de-toxification process in the liver,and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Failure to do so will result in the formation of deep wrinkles. Back pain, Body aches, ligament, cartilage and tendon will also take a long period of time to recover. One of the main reason for many people who never see improvements even after consulting a doctor for body pain such as, shoulder, neck and back pain, because they tend to sleep late.
