Power of breathing



If you do not overcome your insomnia or poor sleeping pattern, your skin will age, freckles will be darker and dark eye circles will be worse.



Have you practise the breathing exercise that I taught. ..... Give it a try please...before sleep, apply Lavendula vera and Grapefruit pink onto a piece of tissue and place it beside your bed.



Insomnia is something related to stress...Gosh... what a easy word "Stress"..... Who can help you? Only YOU, YOUSELF must think of a way and do something about it..



Whenever you feel down, think of how many 10 years you still have? Life is so short... whatever problems you have.... heck it ... make yourself happier.... Go and eat something you love....NOW
