Wake up with stiff neck, headache, migraine?

When you have neckache and shoulder-ache . Quickly apply 3 oil with cream/rice bran oil method and massage neck shoulders. After that lie down on the floor L shaped with both legs on the wall, hand stretch out stay there for 5mins.

Sometimes u drink le hor, quickly apply 3 oil with cream. Than rest for half hour, u can feel the pain lesser and eventually feel alot better.



Ingredients: 葛根 x 1 slice, 菊花 15 flowers.
