Bryan's 7 Days Collagen Antiage Skin Soup (water estimate urself one ok)

Remember when making this soup the water I like to use 8 cup so I can drink more and u can choose to be 6 cup,
Remember drinking all these soup is for the nutrient not about taste if u wan taste u use less water , be creative la;





Especially when u are above 30 or 40, if you were over stress and over work. Your face will sag so quickly. This is {HORRIGILBLE}. U look in mirror u see whole face sagged....

The skin is the first "aging" sign we tend to see in ourselves. We all want to find ways to keep our skin beautiful, soft, and, we hope, wrinkle free. We will each get some wrinkles, but nobody wants them prematurely! My mother conside good skin for her age of any woman I have ever seen.. Think: ancient time chicken soup is key to good health, how long have u not taken chicken soup continuously for days? U take vitamin pills useless one, cannot compare to the complex mineral and protein from soup.


NB: I believe without saying many of you has found outside food is getting worst. Either full of MSG or cook by people without heart of cooking. Example, why your mom's cooking even is so simple it taste nice? Because cooking or boiling soup with love makes the difference. Look at those hawker cooking the food this few years... Shall not elaborate. Went to a reputable restaurant drink some soup, end up thirsty whole day. Alot of old famous restaurant, the cook has turned old and retired for those young cook, many are from xxxx countries which .... (cannnot say ehehe)
