Decided to Cook Curry today with healthy zero oil version only Olive Oil

Just now I was preparing the chicken vegetable stew for my curry. I use olive oil to fried the onions and garlic, than add all vegetables into it with a cup of lemongrass water. And stew for awhile, than I add my curry paste (oil free) with added small chilli and boil to cook:>

I am all ready for curry rice. Eating curry is extremely good for health, if u cook those less oil type. I just cooked my curry. It took an hour. I remember when I was in Australia, I cook curry often, because safe money and one pot can eat a few days, ahahah really:>




Curry and Alzheimer's disease
