Stomach TRapped Wind?




This 3 oil is very good to release stomach trapped wind. One drop lavendula , peppermint and marjoram in abit body lotion, mix and


1) Massage stomach Clockwise 54 times.


2) Than perform above exercise 8 times.


A) Bend right legs to chest, stay there and do 10 second breathing exercise, follow by the other legs. Perform 5 sets.......(LR, LR LR....) please do slowly.


3) U will fart ooops....
