Foudation and Skincare

Hi all, today spoken a friend from facebook who have outbreak for many months. So this is what I want to share.

two items in beauty care need to take note.

Foundations: Many outbreaks can be cause by foundations and I find is the highest cause.
Sunblock: A proper cleansing must be done in evening .
And very prone is when sunblock and foundations use together. Some skin may have outbreak.

Once we have outbreak. Stop all skincare products. See a doctor for advise to reduce inflammations , than follow by ice water wash face daily for five days. Is amazing results.

Also u are very prone to apply foundations. U must stop. As we grow older our skin sensitivity may increase. So must take note.

I dont suggest my Marigold cream to use with foundation. Itself is very natural le.

White Heads Outbreak

 One common type of acne is whitehead acne; a whitehead is caused when the oil and bacteria in a clogged pore break through to the surface of the skin. While it has not been definitively proven, eating certain foods is thought to cause or increase the risk of whitehead acne.

 

Drink 8 chemical free Chrysanthemum;

8 pieces of chemical free chrysanthemum in a mug of boiling water steep for 10mins, drink when cool.
