1) Every morning or evening,  I apply 5 drops Blue roman Chamomile on palm rub both palm warm and than put both hands behind waist and rub till warm while standing (Oil can apply 3 times a week, other days without oil).
2) Than warm the palm again and cup the eyes for 1 minute with both hands. Cover eyes like those Shao Lin. Do deep breathing to stomach. Empower kidney qi.
