Heart Attack Alert

Within 2 months, I receive news of many have heart attack of their parents or friends. Some make it,some didnt.

Dear all, relax your heart daily by apply lavendula on chest and lie down on floor do breathing exercise for 5mins.

5 mins a day safe ur life from sudden death de. Ask all ur family do this. Also helps neck pain and shoulder pain.

Basic: Apply lavendula direct at chest. Bottom of feet healing trees oil.
