Fish Ginger and Porridge

Bryan Gan's photo.

If once a week, u can cook for your family:
Red snapper fish, Ginger thin slice, porridge.
Their skin will glow, neck shoulder pain will be lesser.

DO you know why, " last time people" not so much illness? Because they drink eat warm food early in morning.

Taking porridge in morning was like norm in ancient time, but now is like rare. So ur body early morning don't have Fire charcoal to kick start. End up no matter how many doctor u see, the aches and pain is always there.

Many know I have bone problems and joint degeneration. One thing I learnt from Old Masters are, take porridge water and also ginger in porridge water not only not heaty but remove dampness. If added fish, can nourish skin.

Well, I can say and say.... will u do? But again, is not that u don't want to do, by the time u go office work, sian already and ....

Well is up to u ok:>

I use red snapper fish (u can get from wet market or cold storage). Ginger think slice. Cook the rice with water than throw in the fish , boil for 5 mins. Wow yummy.

Why I choose red snapper?
red snapper attains sexual maturity at 2–5 years old and an adult snapper can live for more than 50 years. The vibrant red color of these fish comes from high levels of carotenoid pigments, largely astaxanthin, coming from shrimp in their natural diet. Red snapper comes loaded with essential vitamins, particularly vitamins D and E. Each serving boasts 694 international units of vitamin D -- more than the 600 IU you need each day -- along with 1.6 milligrams of vitamin E, or 11 percent of the recommended daily intake. Red snapper's vitamin D content keeps your bones strong, because it helps your body absorb and use bone-building calcium properly. Vitamin E supports healthy red blood cell growth, which aids in oxygen transport and also offers antioxidant protection for your tissues, which might help fight chronic disease.
