The lotus flower produces edible seeds, which you can eat cooked or raw.  . Lotus seeds are valued for nutritional and healing properties in Chinese medicine,

All lotus seeds contain the anti-aging enzyme L-isoaspartyl methyltransferase, which is said to help repair damaged proteins, according to the Kushi Institute, a macrobiotic website.

Ingredients
100g dried lotus seeds (soaked overnight)
4-5 fresh water chestnuts, peeled
50g wolfberries
8 red dates remove seeds.
few quail eggs
dried longan amount u like
Rock sugar to taste
Method:
1, Place water chestnuts on a cutting board and smash them lightly.
2. Fill up a pot with water and add lotus seeds and water chestnuts. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer. Cook until lotus seeds begin to break up, about an hour or less. Add longan dried and quail egges.


3. Add rock sugar to taste, and the wolfberries just before serving.
4. Chill leftovers for a cool, sweet treat.

The Olfactory System
Well in 20ml of rice bran oil (bottle can get from muji). U can mix with following oil.

Bergamot: 2
drops, Ginger 1 drop, Healing trees oil 2 drops, Frankincense 2 drops, grapefruit pink 3 drops, Ylang Ylang 1st 2 drops.

This is such a great blend recipe. I LOVE it!  It just makes me happy!
It includes these oils:
Bergamot: Has restorative and calming properties, it is uplifting and invites individuals to see life with more optimism.
Grapefruit: Has a fresh invigorating and uplifting aroma. It helps teach respect and honor for the body.
Ylang Ylang: Is effective for lifting mood as well as giving feelings of calmness and peace. Helps allow emotional healing of the heart.
Healing Trees : Is an energizing oil and a great oil to use during times of change. It works in the heart and mind to create flexibility.
Frankincense: Helps with relaxation, mood enhancement, and immune support. It invites the individual to let go of negativity and look for new perspectives, truth, and light.
Ginger: Ginger is warming, empowering, and helps to powerfully persuade the individual to be fully present and experience life.

 Bryan;s famous blend
Athlete's Foot and Ringworm: 

2 drops tea tree oil per foot direct , twice a day for 3 days. 
fourth to sixth day 2 drops lavendula vera on each foot twice a day.

If u have sensitive skin, after apply u can put a drop rice bran oil.

The 8th day, dead skin will peel out the dried up germs.  Than u can apply this blend daily to maintain.
 
3 drops lavendula vera and 2 drops tea tree essential oil in 10ml rice bran oil.

Minor Burns:
2 drops lavendula vera
Immediately apply ice cold water to burn for 10 minutes. Then apply 2 drops undiluted lavender directly from bottle.
 
Airborne virus and Chest and Sinus Congestion:
2 drops lavender
2 drops tea tree
2 drops Eucalyptus 
1 drop lemon 
Boil a pot of water and remove from the stove.  While still steaming, add 2 drops eucalyptus, 2 drops lavender and 2 drops tea tree and 1 drop lemon. Cover bowl and head with towel and inhale for at least 3 minutes.   KEEP EYES CLOSED. 
(Make sure not boiling hot that will injured ur skin ok. Be careful.)
 Or u can mix the above 3 drops each in 50ml atomiser. U can shake well the bottle and spray office or office desk to kill germs. 

To Ease Coughs throughout the day:
1 drops Eucalyptus radiata and 1 drop Lavendula vera and 1 drop lemon in tissue inhale throughout the day. Or u can mix  2 drops eucalyptus and 2 drops lavendula and 2 drops lemon oil in 10ml rice bran oil and apply to the throat and chest (this will make enough for several applications).
Pre-Sports Rub:
2 drops ROSEMARY SPANISH
1 drop lavender LAVENDULA VERA
AND 5 DROPS RICE BRAN OIL, APPLY NECK OR BODY OR to the body prior to exercise.
Post-Sports Rub:
