Try do the following

Sleep problems. Health problems. 


All about
 1) food intake; 
2) breathing exercise
3) exercise stretch and aroma oil

Many who have serious neck bone degeneration Etc they didn't go do some exercise end up nothing much can help; 
If u can do some simple weights to build the muscle strength and like a cushion wrap protect u!

Food is the key and water is one thing many didn't drink enough end up pain;
For food I ensure greens and also black food daily either black sesame or bean, something black is needed daily

Breathing exercise is so important ! Without oxygen in body and good one u can't circulate the qi( while reading see how many of u not breathing ! Quick breath deeply now and feel )

Aroma oil is my favorite because the herbs really helps work on deep level of the body; like 3 oil etc
