Viral Fight Oil and Headaches




Power headaches fight Oil

Remember omhealth don't like to exaggerate properties, using good oil and sleep early plus balance diet can boost immune for prevention of virus attack! This oil is my power blend of herbs from Asian and western; u can add a drop tissue and a drop peppermint fold half and inhale, tissue last a day! Especially sinus or flu about to come!

That day, i walk under the noon sun with haze and reach home feeling giddy.

I quickly have a shower than, i put a drop peppermint and 2 drops this in tissue fold half and inhale!

Also i a drop peppermint warm both palm and massage neck shoulder and head. Is powerful.


My Peppermint oil is special grade.


My personal way of handle headaches is 1 drop peppermint on palm rub both palm warm and than inhale from palm and palm press neck , forehead and temples. Sometimes I add extra drop massage behind neck and shoulder. U can dilute if u want to.


For me i use direct but for u please a drop with a drop rice bran oil ok;

Sometimes headache alot, u can take yellow chrysantheumum tea for 3 days. And sometimes American Ginseng also good.


Headache: Peppermint oil is terrific to keep on hand at your desk or in your purse, especially if you are prone to headaches. The use of this oil has also been known to effectively lessen tandem symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to noise and sensitivity to light.
  • Rub on your temples, forehead, over the sinuses (avoid contact with eyes), and on the back of the neck to help soothe headache and pressure. When applied topically, peppermint oil leaves a soothing, cooling sensation that tends to work wonders. 
Energy/Alertness: Peppermint oil + Lemon powerfully affects and improves mental clarity and raises energy levels. If you're trying to cut back on caffeine, this may be a blessing to your mid-afternoon lull.
  • Rub a drop of oil under the nose to help improve concentration and alertness.
  • Diffuse Peppermint oil in the room to improve concentration and accuracy.
  • Apply to the back of the neck and shoulders repeatedly to keep energy levels up during the day.
  • Inhale before and during a workout to help boost your mood and reduce fatigue.
Constipation
Dilute 1 drop of peppermint, 1 drop spice oil with a few drop rice bran oil and massage the abdomen in a slow, clockwise motion.
Cooling to the body
Rub a small drop or dilute few drop of peppermint in oil, or even a small spritz bottle to cool the body down during hot weather. Avoid close proximity with the eyes though!
Cramps
Massage the oil with dilution of rice bran oil into the muscle with or without a carrier oil, depending on your own skin sensitivity.
Diarrhea
More peppermint oil uses for the digestive system include taking it internally or applying it topically to the abdomen in a counterclockwise direction to soothe the digestive system and help fight any infection with its anti-everything properties.
Dysmenorrhea (Pain during menstruation)
Gently massage oil of peppermint diluted over areas of pain.
Varicose Veins
Very gently massage peppermint oil, lemongrass, healing trees oi with rice bran oil starting from the lower legs up (always toward the heart) 1-2 times a day.


Headaches Acupressure after u apply diluted peppermint on neck and temples. than press each points 3 mins.
